Hanging post decon questions

Update: I received my Bib hanger and I have started hanging again.

For a about a month I had been hanging 5 lbs when I could, taking a day break once every week.. . So about an hour give or take

Last week, I hung for as long as I could each day given my circumstances (the longest session day going over 2 hours total, not including the unlimited ADS wear that I try to wear)

I have started yet another week today and after receiving Bigger’s email, with instructions on how to hang, I decided I would do only a total of 1:20( one hour twenty minutes) the first week of hang time with 5 lbs and keep adding sets each week until I reach my maximum isolated time of no more than 4 hours.. In theory, since I took a long DC break and have been taking incremental DC breaks, I may be able to stimulate the ligs/fibers/muscles as if I were just starting PE. That’s a far fetch, but there are many variables going on here, so I feel like I need to start from the ground up, so as not to miss an opportunity for maximum growth— worst case scenario: I don’t gain anything until I start hanging at my original max weight or I only start gaining from continual hang time.

This is just two big questions
1: does anyone have any evidence as to why or why not I should just hang as much as I can hitting fatigue rather than taking small steps
And
2: an ADS on DC break days are a no right?

Really, I would read more into the hanging forum for these answers. I just go with hunches on hanging. The advanced theory, while I understand it I simply lack experience applying to answer better.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Big time lurker here, but I’ve been doing PE (hanging/clamping) for a couple of years now. I still consider myself a newb though, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

The only (very important though) reason to not start back as heavy as you can is that you’ll be risking injury. Also, I believe you’re theory on missing small incremental gains (that add up) by going straight to heavy is probably true.

If I were to go from a long decon break (I’ve found a couple weeks really weren’t enough for true deconditioning) straight to hanging heavy, I would probably start at a light weight, and increase the amount of weight every day or other day by 1lb or so until I got up to a heavier weight. It’s still not really the safest thing, but it’s safer than jumping straight back to heavy.

Check out my thread I posted yesterday. I’ve seen great gains in just 6months of hanging. All I know is you must hang almost everyday if you want to see gains. It’s important to get at least 10 hours of hanging per week. No less.
