I’m uncircumcised and have a terrible time with hanging. The thing is that I have no better of a time with stretching and really prefer hanging.

The thing is that I seem to only be able to hang for 30 minutes before I get too large of a “doughnut”, skin’s pinching everywhere, and once I’ve taken it out of Vac-hanger, it won’t go back in — for the rest of the day I still have enough edema to make it impossible to hang without way too much pinching.

Thus, I seem to be reduced to hanging 10lbs for 30 minutes maximum per day.

How likely is it that this is even worth the trouble? I haven’t grown in a while.

If so, split up the time into multiple sets of shorter time lengths.

It is 30m in a row. I have tried splitting it up into shorter lengths but that only makes the problem of pinching skin worse. I’m best off just keeping it in there as long as possible for one session. The question is, is it even worth bothering if I can only do 30m at 10lbs a day?

vkn1, I have no proof about, but I think 30 min. will give you no gains.

Can’t you hang longer? I made an homemade Vac-hanger and I could hang for 1 H without problems, after a week or so of using it. (I abandoned Vac-hanger because I don’t like the feeling of suction he gave, however).

Do you retract skin before introducing glans in the Vac? I hanged with the glans not covered, and had no problems of pinching (I’m uncut, too).

Yeah, I pull it back. The basic problem seems to be that I am in between two sizes of the Vac-Hanger. THe first one I got was a little too small so I had a lot of trouble squeezing into it and then skin would get pinched in that manner. So I went a size up, and now there seems to be too much room between the outer diameter of wang and inner diameter of the hanger, so the silicone sleeve get sucked inside a lot and ends up pulling a lot of delicate skin with it too, causing pinching that way. If I could just gain a couple tenths of girth I bet I’d be fine.

Occasionally I am able to hang once in beginning of day and then the swelling/donut is gone by evening so can hang again, but that’s rare and a hassle.

The pinching can be resolved taking a little time to go around the entrance of the vacuum head and squeezing you cock to release any skin that may have been sandwiched between the silicone sleeve and the head of the vacuum hanger

Because I did hang, and the “burning” that is belevied by most of experienced PEers sign of good work only did start after at least 90’ of hanging, whatever weigth I did use.

I got gains with 10-20 minutes of hanging a day for 3 months, so don’t say that it’s impossible because I know for a fact that it is very possible.

Who said it’s impossible?

Ticktick, I have tried wrapping but just haven’t been able to get it to work out :( I have read a lot of the good info you’ve shared on it in other threads though.

I would have thought it was fairly obvious: The donut is caused by buildup of fluid and if it becomes too much to cope with after 30 minutes then end the set sooner and allow the fluid to reposition then perform another set later.
