Hanging not working anymore!?!
I started PE about 2 years ago. After about 6 months i started hanging and got some good gains. I need to say that i mixed hanging and clamping during the week. So i thought to maximize length gains i take a break and will only focuse on hanging. So i took a break for about 2 months where i only did some jelqing. Then i started hanging againg starting again with lower weight and working myself up the last 2 months to the weight where i stopped last time. I hang 5-6 times a week, 3-4 sets, all as we learned on TP. But with my first measuring i had to see, that i even lost about 0.2 Inches!
How is this possible? Anyone has an idea?
I also have to say that i changed warm up and warming between sets from rice sock to infrared lamp, but i don’t think that should do any difference…
I appreciate any input.
