Hanging newbie questions
Hiya, I have a couple of questions:
1) When hanging, do you stand or sit? I found sitting (am using the excellent Bib hanger) I have to sit right at the edge of the chair and it places strain on my back, plus the hanger bangs against the edge of the chair. Does anyone stand for their 15-20 minute sets?
2) When resting between sets, do you have to take the hanger off the penis to restore bloodflow, or is it OK just to leave it there, or loosen it?
One immediate side effect I’ve found from two days of hanging is the increased bloodflow to my penis for the rest of the day, and hard-ons are more hard. Fantastic!
