Hanging for Two Hours a Day

How many hangers hang for only two hours a day average? What kind of results have you seen from this schedule? Did you use other PE techniques at the same time? Stretching, ADS, etc.

I’d really like to know. Several months ago I had the time and privacy to hang all day. Now I don’t. I’ve been manual stretching, but I’m thinking of going back to hanging. But I only have about two hours a day to do it. What do ya think?

I read somewhere that Bib wrote to try to hang 8-10 hours a week to see good results.

Yeah, 10 hours a week is a generally solid guideline. But you can make gains with even an hour a day, for sure.

I don’t think hanging all day is a good idea. It’s also very impractical. Even BIB said he could have achieved his gains with half the time he actually spent hanging. I hang for about 1-1.5 hours a day, sometimes 2 hours every day. Jelq and uli every other day, I haven’t seen any gains (I am a hard gainer). I am just trying not get too excited and stay on course.

Sparky, I seem to be a hard gainer too. I plan on focusing on the tunica for a while. How long have you been hanging? What angles do you hang at? Have you tried other forms of PE?

Are there any others out there who’ve seen gains from hanging about two hours a day? Please let me know. I’d like to know what results people are getting with this schedule.

Is this hanging absolutely everyday? No breaks?

I’m a notorious hard-gainer, been at PE for about three years, but right now I only manage maybe 1.5 hours hang time a day, three days a week. I jelq alternate days with two full days rest. I think I finally acheived a PE schedule that can yield me a length gain of 1/16” per month. Girth growth is still sporatic. I’m sticking with this routine for at least six monthes and see if I can maintain this steady, albeit slow growth.

I’m interested to know also if going above 10 hours/week can really help a hard- gainer.

I’ve been hanging for about a month now. I hang exclusively BTC (I sit on a chair and just let the weight hang down). I do manual jelqs and ulis every other day. I tired manual stretches before for about 2 months, didn’t gain anything from them.

Two hours was the magic number for me I had to at least have 10 hours a week to get results. And I’m talking hanging time not the time in between sets.

I just started hanging with 6- 8 lbs for 2-3 h a day.

At about what weigt do you guys normally starting to see some gains?

Current stats 7,5 x 5.5.

I hang 40 mins a day. 2 sets of 20 minutes each with 5 pounds. I have seen good results.

Guru, lucky you. I hope I have luck with a similar schedule. Just what are the results you’ve seen? How long have you been at it?

I have only been hanging 2 months and I do 3 to 4-20 min sets with 10 lbs. BTC. I have seen gains of 1/8th come and go. It could be the way I measure but I think it might also be because the penis base is changing and I have trouble getting consistent.

I, like you, only get in about 1hr to 1.5hrs maybe 3 to 4 days a week. What has made the difference for me was using peweights during the other times when I couldn’t get in a hang session. They really do keep the ligs stretched out and I think that has had a big effect on gains. I don’t know if you can do all day ADS but it certainly has worked for me. My work affords me the luxury of hanging all during my workday, so in effect I can get in 9 to 15 hours of light hang time per day.

Thanks Monty. I’ve seen your other posts on the PEweights, and I’ve checked out the web page. They look interesting. I am going to incorporate an ADS device into my routine, along with the hanging that I can squeeze in. I’m thinking of trying the Penimaster first, as some have seen growth from using these things exclusively. If the hanging doesn’t work out for me (twice I’ve damaged a nerve with my Bib hanger), then I’ll at least have the Penimaster to work with. But I may give the PEweights a try as well in future.

Well I wish I could do some ‘light’ hanging at work but that’s out of the question. An ADS might be an option for me…
I’ll take your word on the above because you have seen some stellar gains in just over a year. I’m impressed!
