I’ve been reading some posts on hanging angles for tunica stretching and have uncovered some helpful information. The best options seem to be straight out (SO), straight out with a fulcrum (SOF), and over the shoulders (OTS).

What I’d like to know is which of these angles, or any other angle, has worked best for you for stretching the tunica? Also, any other tricks, tips, etc. that you recommend.

Andrew, I’ve seen your info on fulcrum design. Hobby, I’ve seen your advice on fulcrum hanging on either side of the penis. Both very helpful. More insight would be appreciated.

One other specific question: When you hang SOF, do the weights then simply hang straight down over the fulcrum? I can’t determine this from some of the pics I’ve seen.

I think the answer depends heavily upon your LOT. If your LOT is very low (<7), “hanging” SO or SOF should primarily work the tunica. If your LOT is above 8 or so, I think SO is will tend to share the load between the ligs and tunica. Over 8 or 9 and you’re primarily working the ligs.

Many people regard OTS as the ultimate tunica stretch. I’ve tried it and really felt the stretch behind my balls. I think it’s very effective at stretching the entire shaft, both the external and internal portions. I regard fulcrum hanging as a more extreme PE measure useful mostly to really hard gainers or gainers who have plateaued.

Of course, how silly of me not to mention: my LOT is around 7:30 (or 7:20 or 7:15 or so). I think I’m a hard gainer, though. At least, I’ve gained very little with focusing on lig stretching.

Do others agree: Is OTS the ultimate tunica stretch? No doubt I’ll be experimenting with both, but I’m curious to learn what others have discovered here.

Come on guys, how about some advice. I know lots of you have focused on hanging for your tunica. What has worked for you and what hasen’t? I want to go get the necessary materials for whatever method I begin with …

I would also like to know this. What is a realistic gain from just tunica work. Dont keep us in the dark.

The best tunica hang I ever got was when I built a wench I never got much with my bib, the bib is a hell of a lig stretcher though.

See, this is what makes PE interesting.
My LOT is about 8:30-9:00, give or take a little (I haven’t checked in a while), so hanging SD or BTC should have worked well.
I gain absolutely ZERO from trying to stretch my ligs. Only once I had switched to hanging SOF did any significant gains begin.

For me, OTS just resulted in bruising (whether I was hanging with the wench or Bib hanger).
The more time goes on, the more I am favouring Westla’s view on hanging. Forget LOT. Pick an angle and just keep hanging. As often as you can.

I attached a pulley underneath my desk so that the rope was pulled straight out from my body, and then inserted a fulcrum over my thighs.

Piet posted a pic of a pulley setup he made which attached to the edge of a table. Have a look for that.

Andrew, why exactly does Westla say to forget LOT? Regarding SOF hanging, what is the advantage of using the pully? Would it be wise to simply let everything hang over the fulcrum? I’m a bit concerned about a pully being found under my desk at present?

Milk the bib for all it’s worth it’s a wonderful hanger. I was hoping to use both but have a bruising problem from the pressure the bib creates. I thought it would have been cool to switch off set by set because they hit the dick different.
