Any of you remember reading a thread about using a bib hanger with low weight and doing the Uli for girth? This sounds like it could be dangerous.

Do a search for Bib’s Uli thing, and yes, it can be dangerous.

You need to toe out the hanger quite a bit unless you’re super long, and the pressure is massive without weight so you can only really hang a few pounds safely. I find just the pressure alone (no weight) to be enough for a good girth workout, but with weight this would be super intense. It’s very risky but if you can do it safely it might be the most intense girth move.
