Hanging for a month, flaccid longer, erect unchanged

Hey, I’ve been easing into hanging. I hang 2x a day, 10 mins. btc, and 20 mins. straight down. My flaccid is longer for sure, I don’t even worry about peeing in public or getting dressed in the locker room. However my erect is unchanged. Is there a lag between the two that you have experienced? Thanks

You not even hanging close to the amount of time in a day you need to see erect gains. You need minimum 10 hours a week to see good results.

so like 6 20 minute sessions evenly spaced out throughout the day? Also should I be haning SD, just BTC, OTL, combination? Sorry I’m new to hanging

It’s better to have two sessions. 3 am and 3 pm. If your using a vac hanger you can hang a lot longer than 20 minute sets once your conditioned.

The best advise to give you is go to bib’s forum and there is 3 test that you need to do to find out what angel you should be hanging at. I don’t care what people say those 3 test will tell you were to start hanging you will make gains. It’s made the best progress for me so far.

3 am as in 3 in the morning? I’m a bit confused, do you hang in the morning for like 30 minutes, then break, then 5 minute break, then 30 more, and do the same at night?

Yes. At least some weeks. Sometimes months. Flaccid gains first, erect second.

I hang three 20 minute sets in the morning. And three 20 minutes sets at night. I take a 10 minute break in between sets.

I hang for about 4 hours a day. Sometimes more.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

I dont mean to hijack this thread, but I was wondering what your unit looks like after a hanging session.

I hung btc for a month and it turtled for the first 3 weeks but then in my 4th week it pretty much hung decent after my sessions and I was getting good eq when i got wood. However I switched to some fulcrum hanging for a week and my shaft became really sore and stayed turtled for days at a time but bib said this was fine.

I have now gone back to btc, because this is where I saw gains, but my unit is still turtling and my eq isnt a 10 anymore like it was before hanging. What is your eq like and how does the unit hang after hanging.

Right now I am at 5lbs 6 sets a day… I will only be increasing weight from here on out, not time.

Once again sorry for the hijack.

also are you doing any jelqing or any other manuals?

To be honest I jelg right after for a few minutes and the use a silicone sleeve ads so it won’t turtle up. Wear that for about 2 hours or so then I’m fine. As for my eq it has dropped like crazy since I started getting 2 hours a day of hanging in and have yet to miss a day in 3 months.. I would rate it about a 6-7 at best. Which kinda sucks but it worth getting a bigger dick for now LOL

I only hang don’t do any other work than that.

So the fact that your eq has gone down significantly has not effected your growth? If so then I will keep hanging. I also have my ads, which I feel is worthless for gains… but I wouldnt be opposed to using it for a few hours after my sets if you think it is necessary. How much resistance are you using with your ads? Just enough to keep it extended or do you feel significant pulling on it? thanks pimp

Yeah I only use it for a few hours that all that needed since I hang twice a day. As for the pull I’m not to sure. I’m using a 5oz cap. The ads I use is the new xsleeve from autoextender.com It’s been the only ads I can wear without any type of pain. Nice for a change
