I never feel fatigue or soreness on the penis itself, but on the ligs at the base and on the “hidden penis” under the balls.

Where should one feel soreness for maximum benefit?

I asked a similar question a while back but did not get any replies. I feel sore in the exact two places you mention and I am recently gaining some length so I believe this must be a good thing. In other words, good to be sore in those two specific locations.

It would be great to find someone who understand the physiology. In other words when you feel pain in the “hidden penis” under the balls what is happening exactly? Stuff like that.

I have the same feeling, but when we hang SO or SU targeting the tunicae, will we have that “fatigue”?

I feel the soreness in the base area at the top of the unit (dorsal) only when I pull; however, this soreness is gone by the next morning. Do I need to maintain this soreness until the next hang or is this ok to recover from the soreness before the next hang?

Note: I hang straight down (SD) 6 sets 20 minutes per set 5 days on / 2 days off. I’m currently at 18.75 Lbs.

I feel soreness in the ligs. How do you get soreness in the tunica and what area do you feel it?

It seems like all angles I use hit the ligs. What angles hit the tunica?

I usually do OTS, SO, and sometimes straight down.

I think OTS and SO should hit the tunica, but I never feel any fatigue or soreness, I wonder if this works.

Never? How much weight are you using?

I’m using 8 3/4 pounds right now and the feeling I get is sometimes unbearable.

Is the ligs on top and the tunica on the bottom where there are 2 “fibers”?

Ligs is inside your base, and tunica is in the shaft. So by hanging SO 5 pounds, I never feel ftigueor soreness on my shaft.

Hanging SO with 5 pounds can definately be effective but you may not feel fatigue in your tunica. Even with double that weight you may only feel fatigue in your tunica by touching your shaft while hanging.

Thanks Piet. I thought it won’t be effective without the fatigue. I think I will just go on with low weight hanging.
