Hanging, Fatigue, and EQ
I am kicking around the idea of hanging but I have two issues.
The 10 hrs/week is very challenging. 7 to 9 hours is doable but my schedule does not have 10 plus hours available.
With the daily goal of hanging being to reach fatigue, doesn’t/won’t that greatly effect your EQ?
I really need to be able to still use my unit while doing PE.
