Hanging, Fatigue, and EQ

I am kicking around the idea of hanging but I have two issues.

The 10 hrs/week is very challenging. 7 to 9 hours is doable but my schedule does not have 10 plus hours available.

With the daily goal of hanging being to reach fatigue, doesn’t/won’t that greatly effect your EQ?

I really need to be able to still use my unit while doing PE.

Yes it affects your EQ, it can improve or not, it depends on lots of things like high stress weight progression, if your wrap technique isn’t good etc.

Clamp style hangers completely wrecked my EQ hanging 10+ hours a week. Vacuum style hanging does the opposite for me. It’s strange how PE affects everyone differently.

You need to keep in mind for every two hours of hanging it takes more or less three hours of your day.

My EQ at first took a hit and then within a week ish’ my EQ skyrocketed to point of getting hard while wrapping.

So, I am a month in to hanging replacing my assisted stretching routine that I was able to make some gains with after an 8 month stretch of basically no gains, but the assisted stretcher routine finally stalled.
So, a month into hanging using a vac cap and I cannot believe how it has positively effected my EQ. I don’t just have morning wood but solid erections throughout the night.
I am damn near shocked this is happening.
In my earlier days using an extender/PF my EQ totally tanked so I really don’t grasp how now with hanging it is so much better.

Routine is 6-8 hours a week trying to hang some everyday but I have had a couple weeks of only 6 outta 7 days hanging.
I also do 3 days a week of 20-30 minutes Jelqing after my last hanging set.

I just can’t get over improved EQ and hanging tho, very surprised and don’t fully grasp how this can be.
