Hanging down vs others...

Ok guys, I have been working with my current hanger I made from medical supplies (You can see a pic of this in member’s pics). However I always hang down with 2.5 to 3 pounds of weight for 20 minutes a sitting. I let the weights dangle me down as I sit on the edge of a chair.

According to BIB’s LOT theory, I need to consider hanging up since it will stretch the tunica and my LOT isn’t very high to begin with. So, my question is how to do this, suggestions please. Also, am I correct in my assessment?

I have cut my Jelqing down to 150-350 times/day. Currently PE’ing for 2.5 months.

DeafWolf,

High angle hanging is often done Over The Shoulder, and even if you don’t literally swing weights over your shoulders, it’s still referred to as OTS. Hit the search, you’ll get lots of ideas.

Straight out and straight up (or OTS) can be accomplished by using a Bungi cord hooked to a table top or a door hinge. I’ve even used the door knob. The trick to using a bungi is to measure the length of the bungi hanging a specific weight and then when hanging you can gauge your tension and change weight according to your current fatigue level.

Monty, thanks for the method. Just to clarify, I need to measure (approximate) the length of the bungie as it draws the weight down (for example, 2-3 lbs). This length stretched from the doorknob will then be equal to the pull of the weights. Is that correct?

Also, is your signiture statement state you gained 2.25” in a little over a year? That is incredible. I will be happy to clear a little over 1”.

What were your gains in the 2.5 months?

maybe 0.5” length. I started poorly as I did not discover Thuders place before trying a few things I read from other sites. I definitely feel I have gained some girth, but need to measure and have not had the privacy with a full erection yet, but I will respond when I do. I am at 6” BPEL now. I think I was around 4-4.5 NBPEL before.

Nice gains. Surprisingly it was only with 2.5 lb for the whole time too

That’s it. To elaborate a little more: make a chart with various weights and their lengths. Then you can vary your stress levels on the fly. You can then change your angles by finding a place to hook close to the floor or high up. I use both SO and SU in my sessions and do my SD with peweights.

Christmas messed me up. I lost a lot of sessions with family, shopping and all. I’m back on track now but I foresee privacy problems for about the next 3 months so it will be a good test of what peweights will produce by themselves.

I totally understand the need and difficulty with finding privacy. I can’t hang unless the wife is out. She’ll probably think I am hurting myself. (funny genuflection)

If you don’t mind, I don not know those abbreviations, SO, SU, and SD. I am going to take a stab at it though, straight up, straight down, and straight out? Also, I am currently using a small plastic tackle box. Easy to adjust the weight by changing what it contains, but there must be a better method. I am using my device I made from medical supplies.

You’ve got the abbreviations right. I must say though the tackle box sounds a little cumbersome. How much weight does it amount to?

I put it on a standard foot scale and I approximate about 2.5 lbs. Not too much. You can see a picture in “Members Pcis” under “A Hanger made from medical supplies”. There are various comments about it.

I am going to attempt to make a Capt’s Wench. It’s just a matter of actually going out and getting the supplies.

Checkout my website if you want Velcro One-Wrap. It’s thinner and decreases the bulk of double sticky back. Makes it a lot easier to clamp.

Go ahead and forward your website to me. I would be happy to look. I got everything together and constructed except for the rubber “Grippers.” I can not seem to find those anywhere. I tried both Home Depot and Walmart. It would probably be helpful if I knew what the common use of “Grippers” are for. I have also posted this request in the Newbie forum.

Look at my profile for my home page. I think I’ve got Grippers there also. Grippers are floor protectors for furniture legs and the like. They’re at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

So ho much “golf-weights” should we hang through out the day for it to be effective Monty530? Enough to cause fatigue? Or do we cause the fatigue with the bibhanger and then keep them with the weights?

Thanks
