Hanging discomfort?

Hanging discomfort?

Ive been hanging for a short time now. Its always a wee bit uncomfortable. Is this normal? Pumping had no discomfort involved.

Yes, It takes a bit to get used to it. Also make sure your wrap is right for comfort as well as the proper toe in and toe out. Plus make sure the teeth are meshed correctly. It is a learning experience. How much weight and how long?

I got my hanger on the 3rd, started with 5lbs, but it was too light. Went to 7.5lbs, was so so, started with 10 today. Heavy enough. :)

Are you a consistent hanger and have you gotten much gains from hanging? I’m considering taking this technique on to help break a length plateau.

I read someone else said that usually no length gains come in the first 2 months. Its usually just conditioning. Any truth to this?

I have been hanging with the Bib since last December (2003) and made gains in the first 2 months. I have gained about an inch in length since that time, but gains vary month to month.

There is some discomfort at first but you learn better techniques with time. Just go up in weight slowly. I use a space heater while I hang. This help with blood flow and keeps things flexible.

From Ulcasters and Ophios reply, I got both questions answerred. :) Not true and always some slight discomfort.

I was where you are Peforeal and started hanging about 3 weeks ago. I have already seen 1/8” length gain. I started with 5 lbs the first week and moved up to 7.5 lbs. The second. I only hang SD and BTC with this weight. I can hang more SD but the BTC with 7.5 is a good pull on the ligs.

I think the trick is in the wrap to how comfortable it is.

Nope, I was only relating my experience from my first outing of hanging and trying to get it right with the set up. I was kind of slow on figuring things out with the wrap and toe in and out. Then I way overwrapped wrong like my penis was detachable and shipping it through Fed Ex. I was brilliant enough to then decide to take the hanger apart and put it back together and figure it all out via reverse engineering. Wrong move. So don’t unscrew everything just read the manual on Bib’s site over and over, it takes a bit to sink in.

Just warning people of my dumbness when I got mine. Don’t be like me.

What kind of discomfort. You might have moved up in weight a little to fast, 10lbs is a lot for only having your hanger for that short period of time. It takes a while for your skin and penile tissues to get used to the feeling, and for you mind to get used to weight hanging off your dick.

What kind of routine are you using (how long and how much weight)?
And are you just hanging or also jelquing ?

I think the girth is why I need heavier wqeight. As for the slight discomfort, im just being a wuss about it. :)
