I’m a big proponent of Bib’s new hardcore hanger. It’s much more comfortable than either of his others. I do 4 sets a day, 20 minutes each, and have gotten up to 30lbs.

I used to use a vac hanger but I think they are fundamentally flawed by the limits on the pressure applied to the head (blisters, etc). My penis has adapted to the bib and it’s relatively comfortable, even at such a high weight.

You are right - I teared my frenulum with vac-hanging at higher weights.

Before that I used the vac hanger but I suffered from pain (mainly due to inefficient wrapping) and descoloration.

After a long period of healing I am no back to hanging at much lower weights and started with vac hanging (5”, now at 12”“).

However, I undigged my big-hanger and I am using both (alternating) to get the best out of both and suffer a minimum of side effects. In-between I do sets of pumping with a relatively tight long tube and wrap right under the glans to avoid the doghnut effect.

The “macro cycle” refers to the whole (e.g. three month on , one off) cycle. The “micro cycle” is within that big (macro) cycle, and consist of doing something different each day for three consecutive days, and repeating that three day small cycle within the big one lasting three months. Did that make sense. Whew, it was a bit tougher to write about than I expected, without writing out an actual routine.

I have never been keen on the suction hangers. I haven’t tried them, mind you, but I just don’t see how you can put on some serious weight without sucking the tip of your dick off!

Legolas - what do you mean ‘serious weight’. I am currently hanging about 14 ” with the vac and bib alternating for 20 - 30 min or so. Both are a little painful, but I can fall asleep with either - so I better use a clock to wake me up in time.

Well I maxed out at 27 lbs and I just can’t imagine doing that with suction. Seems like it would be putting too much pressure on the wrong places. You said it yourself “teared frenulum”. Man that just sounds bad! Ouch! and Ouch again!

I’d have two demands for You, TTT, because i know You are a Doc: has been said that smooth muscles, like those in the penis, don’t react to stress as other muscles do; so : 1) this means that hypertophy is not possible for this muscles? 2) if smooth muscles can hypertrophize, what are the stress that promote grow (ischemia apart)?
