Hey guys,

One of the reasons I restarted hanging is that I have some desk time daily and I could probably throw in some sets during the day.

I was hoping that I would qualify for SO hanging which would have made multitasking so much easier. It does however seem like I need to focus on hanging BTC for the time being, but I`m worried if I can get set-up comfortably in that position so that I could also get some work done.

I did my first sets yesterday lying in my office chair with my feet on my desk. I don`t think I could have done any work that way. Naturally, I`m focused on the hanging part for the first days, so maybe it will become better when I get the hang of it:)

I find myself doing some effort just to remain properly positioned. Maybe I should get myself a chair without wheels so that it does not move that easily. I could also maybe position myself sideways to my work desk and place my legs on a chair or something.

If anyone have any good clues on finding a comfortable BTC set-up I would love it.

For maximum comfort I could probably lie at the edge of my bed, but I`m afraid that makes it harder to get any work done.

I think you are working too hard and I understand because getting a big dick can’t happen soon enough.

I also work at a desk. In the morning I wake up, get my coffee, go to my desk and hang straight out with one pulley attached to the front side of my desk. I do this as I call clients, cold call, close deals and set appointments.

I do this for 2 or 3 sets. First set is for 30 minutes, second is for 20 minutes, and third is for 15 minutes.

I hang 12 pounds.

If I feel the need, I hang straight down for another set. If I feel extra productive I’ll pump for 20 minutes.

Usually hanging Straight out is good enough for me.

After 12 noon I go on appointments.

REN, I was real successful with a reverse pulley set-up. I fastened a pulley to a belt backwards. It allowed to move around, just no sitting or quick bend-overs. I placed the belt fairly high on ab area. It was very comfortable. I had just started hanging & according to Bibs tests decided btc was for me. In 1-1/2 months I gained 1/2” & lowered my exit point & palp. Amount tremendously! Larry

I have been hanging for over a year. For thirteen months to be exact. I am a writer and editor and utilize the computer anywhere from four to eight hours a day. I encountered the same problem you are having for the first few months. When you are experienced and made most of the hanging adjustments, I believe you will be able to concentrate and multitask better.
