Hanging causes sexual problems

Hey guys
I am back in hanging for 3 weeks now. I used to hang 3 months ago for 3 weeks or so and I think it really brought new gains so I decided after a long break(because of time issues) to start again.

But now I think I noticed some problems:
1) I think I am not that much interested in sex any more - very unusual for me!
2) when I have sex I think I cum much faster

I think I am going to gain pretty well if I continue my current routine
- Hanging with 8 pounds at 7-8 o clock for 40-100 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week
- Jelqing(100-200) and a little o-bending in the shower almost every day

But if it is bad for my sex life I think I will stop hanging
Any body experienced something like that?
Is it possible that hanging weakens my pc/bc-muscle?
Maybe I just have to train it more?

I had the same problem…and also my unit got small. I went back to the newbie routine and I’m gaining with it.

My experience was that after hanging hours, sometimes later that day the erections were a little softer. It is a real good idea to jelq in a hanging program and encourage erections.

Almost everyone goes through low libido spells every now and then and it’s easy to blame NPE if you are doing it. If you do this it may drive you crazy. Worrying about your penis erections all the time will make it worse. Back off NPE and see if that helps, do you jack-off a lot?

Moral of the story- Don’t just jump into hanging.

My experience is that no matter what kind of NPE i have been doing, I’ve lost interest in sex and had erection problems when I was doing it too hard, for too long periods of time and not taking rest days. So I’m positive your penis will be just fine if you take it easier. Hang less and don’t use too much weight. How to know what’s too much? Well you do know now that what you’re doing is too much. Erection disorder is not a good sign. It’s not necessarily bad if it’s only temporary but if you’re not happy with it, you need to change something.

I think that I went up with the weights too fast. I started with 7.5 pounds and went up to 15 pounds in 3 weeks. After 2 months I got tired of it because too much time and could not concentrate on other things. So I gave up after noticing problems with my erections. Took a break and started all over again with the newbie routines. Now I’m following a routine that consist on streching for 20 min. in the morning with a cilinder like a V strech modified and a combo of stretch. At night I do my jelquing routine for 20 min. including some horses every 5 min. and sadsak’s in the end to close with a warm wrap. I’m seeing good results, slow ….very slow but growing a bit. I measured myself last week and I can say that I gained .75 in 9 months. and .25 in girth.

my measures:

Feb 2 05 BPEL 5.75 G 4.75

Nov 5 05 BPEL 6.50 G 5.00

I think what might help is this:

Start light
Start short
Get semi’s between sets (Dino9X7 has said this helps)
Jelq afterwards What is a routine with no jelqs?

I always jelq between my hanging sessions so I have my semi’s.

After a break of 24 hours my erection is back to normal I think.

Maybe I am not so interested in sex because I cum too fast-had the same problem over 1 year ago.

I will try to do much more kegels.

Maybe I just started too fast because I made over 2 months break - should have done the newbie routine for sometime I think.

I’ll throw my 2 cents in:

Since I’ve been hanging, I’ve noticed that I’m not having erections as often as I used to. I think its because the penis is worked and just wants to “relax” until the next hanging session begins. Even though the penis can get an erection, it will take more to stimulate it. Picture a guy coming home from work and relaxing on the couch. He’s had a long day and his son asks him to play catch. The dad says he’s tired and wants to relax. Sure, he can go outside and play ball with his son, but his son is going to have to beg him or literally pull him off the couch to go and play. Maybe thats a bad analogy, but you get the picture. When it comes time to get an erection on demand and keep it (for sex), a cock ring works wonders.

Also, when I tried and just stretched for a few days (because of time) and went back to hanging, I had the burning skin sensation again. In other words, I need to hang everyday it seems or else I get that burning pain.

I have no doubt that your observations are real. Cumming faster, weaker erections, less frequent erections are all symptoms I have connected with hanging or stretching.

Rest should get you back to normal, but I wonder sometimes if there is a long term risk to all of this, and the temporary symptoms are just the beginning warning signs.

I’ve been surprised ever since I found thunders that this place would even condone hanging. There is such a thing as extreme and for me hanging is crossing the line.

What kind of hanger are you using?

The only “sexual problem” associated with hanging for me has been the occasional cervix jab when banging away ;)
