Hey guys,

I’ve been a member for a couple of years and have pretty much tried all exercises discussed on the forum. I’ve gained a little bit of girth but have yet to see any length gains. I think I may have one of those penises with a really tough tunica since I haven’t gained any length at all.

So, basically I was wondering if anyone else has had a hard time gaining length but when they started hanging they finally gained some. I mean, hanging is the exercise where you can put the most stress on the penis and maybe I just need a whole lot of weight x time to see some gains.

Please share your experiences.

All my gains are from hanging… I would advice you to check bibhanger.com forum and read all the info from basics section.

Hanging is not miracle either, for me it gives gains but slow gains. Are you ready to hang everyday for maybe year or more?

I did not necessarily have a hard time gaining … but after I built myself a Wench and began using it regularly, I noted a clear improvement in my gains


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Me too, still hard to gain length though. I did a deacon recently we will see if it payed off.

All my gains are pure, no devices used, just training. I maybe even think that my penis is a weak pussy which can’t take much. Maybe it’s a good thing, might be the reason why I have gained so much. Who said that weakness is bad? :D

How much did you gain?

I did hands on PE for 3-4 months with zero gains. This was back in the stone age of PE, so I was probably doing 5on/2off. I was probably way over training (current wisdom) within a month. Back in the day we tried to add as many reps as quickly as possible with hour plus long PE sessions being common.

I was dirt poor so, while I saved up for a BIB, I constructed a swimcap hanger. Just as I reached the limit of how much weight the thing could take (7-9lbs) without pulling apart and SNAPPING my glans i started to gain.

I got my BIB and was working from a home office so I could hang bunches. I had privacy, a “safety first” mindset and excellent self monitoring skills: The trinity of successful hanging. I got in +10 hours/week. And I was fanatical about heating and massaging between sets in an era when that was not yet common hanging wisdom.

All of my gains, both length and girth, I credit to hanging.

Edit +1” in length, +.75”s girth.

Iamaru once you started using the hanger how long did it take you to see those gains.

rollthedice- do you have this “thick cord” thing people are always talking about here? Just wondering as I am in the same position as you in terms of gains and I’ve got the cord…need to get some kind of constant heat going on and just bought some drumsticks as well to try and create a more focused angle for hanging.

I think you have e confused with someone else, I am not sure jelqing has done anything at all for me besides create a turkey neck. I have the “cord” BTW, and probably one of the strongest ones on the site.

Yeah, I have that cord thing. A bit annoying but maybe I can show it who’s boss with a bit of hanging!
