A-unit hows things been going with the reverse jelq I have been meaning to try them but not got round to it.

I don’t personally worry about battle marks or scars of any sort so I have no knowledge of how to fix it.

The reverse jelqs continue to give me substantial swelling and much girthier hang throughout the day, to the point where I thought I was getting an erection the other day while out walking the dogs.

The reverse jelqs really seem to hit the underside of the unit where there has been little attention in the past, so this could be considered newbie gains of a sort, which would explain the crazy expansion and EQ.

I’m still on a break from hanging and any other PE except the jelqs, and I think I’m going to hold off all summer and see what happens.

I was initially concerned that I would lose length, but the other morning my unit looked spectacular in my wifes hand and clearly hadn’t lost any size at all.

This PE stuff never ceases to amaze me.

Hey behemoth maybe I should cut the stretches out with hanging if hanging is enough on its own The weight at 12 pound is ok at the minute. It is month 4 today since I started hanging and I don’t really want to have two week break because I fort if you have to many days of when hanging it strengthen the unit. Do you no if that is right if not the two week break maybe good for me and my PIs. Thank bad luck

Yes I think a two week break would be a good idea, it’s no use having a big cock if it doesn’t work, and no a two week break wont strengthen (toughen) your unit.

EQ is everything, have a break, come back light and you will be surprised :)

I have checked the abbreviations glossary, and do not find the explanation as to what “Pl” means. Will someone please enlighten me.

BTW I have been hanging now for about 6 weeks. I am using a clamp purchased at a local big box store. Would there be a more suitable devise which should be used when hanging?

To date I have not had any difficulty with the clamp which I am using. I have checked out the one known as the BIb. Would that be better?

I do think that my unit is too large for the starter, however.

Hey guys just a quick question I am on a 2 week break its my second week off so I fort I would do some light jelqing and stretching. I did some monday 5 minutes stretching and 15 minutes jelqing missed out tuesday went to do some on wenesday did some light stretching with a towel around the glans/head to get more grip and after I finish I noticed 2 quite big patches were a layer of skin as peeled off now a day after it looks like it as been dragged across the floor and the patches have gone a red colour. My question is will the skin grow back and do you think I should put some cream on or keep it dry. I no next time to use a softer towl. Thanks if you can help.

Back off on the intensity and use something less abrasive than a towel.

The skin will heal, and polysporin will help.

I have been hanging now for six weeks. I have noticed no increase in length. I have experienced increased EQ level, however. I took pictures earlier this week. I posted several in my routine thread. One thing I noticed when viewing the photos was a definite overall darkening of my total package. It appears as though I have a suntan on my ball sac and penis.

I was wondering if others have noticed the same darkening.

I have continued to do stretching as well as Kegels. I am also experiencing morning erections nearly every morning.

So I have had my two week break and my PIs are good so is my eqs I was getting really bad eqs when hanging. I am not starting back to hanging now I have just started this week mem’s rapid gains routine which is good it goes like this

Morning
warm up 5-10 mins
20 mins v stretches
warm down 5-10

Afternoon
warm up 5-10 mins
15-20 mins jelqing at 80-90% hard with horse 440s squeezes every 5 mins
2-5 mins Sadsak with horse 440s squeezes
warm down 5-10 mins

I will keep a up date at the end of each week to check my PIs,EQs and measurements.

Hi there who ever reads as anyone got any tips for getting some grip on the glans when stretching. I have small glans/head and it gets smaller once I have been stretching for a few minutes so it is hard to get a good grip to stretch.

Got another question if anyone can help I have two little milk spots on the glans will jelqing make these bigger and is there anyway I can remove them. Thanks bad luck

Hi Bad luck, I find it easier to do manual stretches using toilette paper for the grip.
