I just started hanging and was wondering if anybody out their had good results doing both hanging and manual stretches in their workouts. The hanging is less intense, longer stress, stretching a short but more intense stretch. Doing both would probably cover all length bases, but would this cause overtraining.


Hanging is pretty intense. You might do some short stretches throughout the day to help stay in the extended state. But in general, if you can spend more time hanging, you will probably be better off. Plus, you can do other things while hanging.
