Won’t kegal’s tighten us while hangning enlongates and loosens? Isn’t this contradictory?

Contracting the muscle associated with Kegel’s exercise will only pull against the weight. It might build up the muscle, but it won’t make your dick any longer than hanging alone would. (IMO)

I’m not saying it would make it longer, I’m saying since you’re contracting against the muscle, won’t it not grow?

The kegel is a muscle contraction exercise. Hanging pulls on the tunica and ligaments. Contracting the muscle during hanging won’t prevent growth from hanging, it will only exercise the muscle (and perhaps make it, the muscle, bigger). There would be no point in kegeling during hanging.

I must admit that I’m not a hanger and have little to no experience with it. I’m looking at this purely from the physiology standpoint.

Yes from the physiology point I think the benefit is messaging of the prostrate. Anytime you can give the prostrate some work I think it helps with its health.

I agree with westla, Kegeling while hanging doesn’t do anything more than kegeling while flyfishing would.

The DLD Blaster excercise.. might be worth reading about.

So you don’t think that it takes more energy and therefore strenthening the muscels isn’t benifical to the prostrate?
