Hanging and..... for length gains

Hello,
what other exercises also hanging routine to maximize the gains in length?

- stretching
- tunica/fulcrum stretching
- extender
- other…

My routine:

morning
3x20min _ 10/12 lbs
20min jelq

evening
3x20min _ 10/12 lbs

Six months. Gains: 1/4 inch.

You’ve got the jelqs in there. I think they are the most essential exercise with hanging.

Why?

Forces blood into the area you just stretched out and also restores the circulation immediately which will benefit overall Heath. I’d add jelqing after your night hang as well and I think you’ll see better gains and better heath/vascularity.

I’ve been hanging while laying on my side. It is an intense stretch.. If you do it, start with 5lbs and 10mins on each side.

I also use an extender after I hang for an hour. 1/4” isn’t much for all that time at 10-12lbs..

I started hanging from six months, with 2/4 lbs. From 2 months with 10/12 lbs.

Have you tried fulcrum hanging?

Hanging from the side creates a natural fulcrum.

I’d love to jelq but it worked for me not one millimeter. It caused very poor PIs, bad EQ and many other side effects that occurred no matter how many I did and what pressure. I scrapped that a LONG time ago.

Jelqing never did anything special for me either, but then again, I never did many of them (usually no more than 50-100 dry jelqs per session), so who knows.

I wet jelq for a half hour five times a week, and I find that if I don’t my EQ suffers. It also is a great way to stretch out and flush after hanging.
