Hello, I was wondering whether anyone had experimented with doing both in a routine (not at the same time!)

I was thinking of clamping 3 days a week and hanging 2-3 days a week inbetween with lots of warm ups and jelq beforehand. Thanks :)

Are you ready for PE insanity like that? I can’t say if it will work well, but I can certainly say that sounds pretty darn advanced and possibly risky.
