Hanging and circulation
First off, I haven’t posted enough yet to be allowed to put this in the Hanging section so could someone move it please?
I’m hanging using a muzzle hanger. I started on 2 1/2 lbs with no problems but now I’m moving up to 5 lbs. However with the increased weight I have to tighten the hanger to the extent whereby it decreases circulation a lot so that my glans is cold and darker after 10 minutes.
So my question is this: Is it ok for me to do only 10 minute sets instead as long as I’m still hanging for the same amount of time in total? Will this be less effective?
