So I just began hanging again a couple of weeks ago and started at 5 like I have before and have worked up 2.5 a week until I am now at 12.5 pounds. What are some peoples estimates on size gain vs weight being hung and time span they think it will take. Thanks for all replys.

Stay as light as possible, the heavier you get the more the penis will resist. 2.5 lbs a week is too fast in my opinion, at your girth you can gain just fine with lighter weights. And I would re-think this whole “9x7.5 thing”

What do you feel when hanging? Do you need to reduce the weight as the time goes? How much time are you hanging? How many days a week?

Impossible to say how much and what time you will gain.

4-5 days a week with pump before and after I can do 3-4 sets with 12.5 for 20 mins ten in-between each set and heating pad in-between as well. I am going to start next week as 4 sets 12.5 then two more sets of 7.5 and if I feel ok after that then more sets of light weight.

And after I pump after my last set I put on an ads auto xsleeve soft thick, soft reg. Broke.:(

Consider using the heating pad DURING your hanging sets

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG
