hanging 5 days
I am about to enter my second week of hanging and I was wandering if you guys could comment on my routine. I hang mon-fri 2 to 3 15 min sets of 5 pounds per day. On saturday I do a girth routine with a hair tie where I just kegel as much blood in as I can, and do bends. It is similar to what you might do with a cockring.or cable clamp. I also jelq a little bit to. Should I hang 5 days or 7 days, and should I leave in the girth routine or leave sat. and sun. for resting. I just don’t want my girth to go down as I am only about 4.5. and 6.5 in length non bone pressed. I need both length and girth, and have been PEing for 3 years on and off with little to no gains.
