I am about to enter my second week of hanging and I was wandering if you guys could comment on my routine. I hang mon-fri 2 to 3 15 min sets of 5 pounds per day. On saturday I do a girth routine with a hair tie where I just kegel as much blood in as I can, and do bends. It is similar to what you might do with a cockring.or cable clamp. I also jelq a little bit to. Should I hang 5 days or 7 days, and should I leave in the girth routine or leave sat. and sun. for resting. I just don’t want my girth to go down as I am only about 4.5. and 6.5 in length non bone pressed. I need both length and girth, and have been PEing for 3 years on and off with little to no gains.

From what I understand it is very hard to loose girth due to length gains. Why that is not a definitive statement is because while it may be unheard of for a person to gain length and loose their “natural girth”, it can happen to people with newly acquired girth.
I would imagine that it is safe to work on cementing recent girth gains while undertaking a moderate hanging schedule such as yours - as long as you avoid over stressing your unit.

Your routine sounds just fine to me. I do as much hanging as my body tells me I can and I make sure to take a rest day when it demands one.

I have the same hanging routine as you, but I recently upped my weight to 71/2 lbs. I am in my second month of hanging. Used the Penimaster before this but had some injury problems so I switched. I also jelq, Uli and do horses.

It’s up to you, if your dick tells you to take a day off then do it. Try to do 5 days and a set number of hours per week, say 10. Anything you do on top of that is a bonus.

I have read very few reports of lost girth from hanging. I recommend that you concentrate on length first, then girth later. But it’s up to you of course.

You need to stick to it, none of this ‘on and off’ stuff to get gains.
