If I was you guys and wasn’t getting gains I would be tempted to try the less is more theory. You guys may make better gains with just maybe doing some jelqing and squeezing for a half hour 5 days a week.One of my first workout consisted of two 20 minutes jelq sessions one in the morning and one at night and I tell you I got the best results from that workout. I wrote the gains off as those easy beginner gains that newbies seem to get sometime but if I don’t get a good gain with the OTS hanging I will re-visit that old routine.

That is right fucking on. I feel I gave hanging a fair shot. On top of that, I gained almost a 1/2” in length with an irregular jelqing routine before I did any hanging. In the past month, I’ve gained another 1/8” in length with jelqing. I guess jelqing is my ticket for the moment.

One other thing; after my 5-7 hangings sessions(that’s over 2 hours A DAY), my dick looked beat the fuck up. After 30 minutes of jelqing, that baby is radiant!! Another thing I noticed during hanging was my nocturnals were virtually nonexistent and now with jelqing, sleeping on my stomach, furgetaboutit. Sometimes, the hardon wakes me up, it’s so…well, hard. It’s like laying on a tire iron.

Wow, so jelqing for you was more effective than hanging, for length? Damn, that’s odd - but it’s also pretty good news. You can certainly do a jelq workout much more quickly than the time you need for hanging.

Maybe jelqing expressed the gains he made from hanging. IIRC, there are some old threads where this was discussed.

A lot of hanging or manual stretching wears your dick out. Jelqing is good for circulation, and the easier exercise allows time for recovery.

I’ve noticed my dick actually gets a tiny bit shorter during periods of relatively intense PE. This is both BPFSL and BPEL, so it isn’t only from weaker erections. Then after a few lighter days or a short break the tissues relax. I can feel the “stretchiness” return. This is often accompanied by a gain.

4 or 5 hours a day for 7 months looking for 1/4 inch???? You guys must have some TOUGH ligs. Seems to me your in need of some serious vacation time. I don’t know how many threads I’ve read where a break and return after month or two lay off gets you back to newbie gains again. Sounds like a serous plateau problem. Your ligs must be made of graphite composite material.

No measurements for 7 months? Frankly I don’t believe it.

If I go back to length in the future ill try something that is 24/7 since this way of stretching things has the most scientific proof in my opinion!

It’s pretty obvious after yrs of lig work they we’re maxed out before I started this 5 to 7 hr trek, so I was gonna get tunica growth if I we’re to gain. I’m glad I got this routine out of the way now because it would have always been in the back of my head that I was missing out on something if I never tried it.
To date nearly my entire length gain came from the 300 dollar penis stretcher I wore for 6 months 6-8 hrs a day about 4 yrs ago, but I’m sure whatever solid method I would have used back then I would have got the same results!

At this point ill concentrate 100% on girth for about a yr and hopefully that will go well and end with my 7 inch girth goal. If I reach 7 inch shaft girth , ill still have somewhat of a monster cock at 8.25 by 7!

So thats where I stand at this point in time, no better no worse!

Are you hanging with the bib, I think the bib is excellent for lig stretching but when I come back to hanging I will be trying the wench to maximise tunica potential. I don’t think the bib because of it’s size can really stretch the tunica.

I was going for tunica! I think I’m gonna do the tugger 24/7 at 2lbs in the future.
