BPEL 7.00 in (17.7cm) WANT 8 in (20cm)

I actually use a cheap-o hanger device that I’ve rigged using the remnant of a swim cap that I used to try and use with the “swim cap” method, a wristband, a Cable Clamp, bungee strap, and dead weights. I basically wrap the latex around my dick, surround it with the wristband, then use the cable clamp and tighten it up, hook the bungee to the clamp, and hang the weight accordingly. I’ve used this contraption a number of times, but have never stayed on a consistent workout. Until now…

I’m doing 3 sets of 15 min. with 12 lbs.

Then onto about 15 min. of pumping.

Finishing off with about 10 min. of clamping.

We’ll see how it goes. I really want length. I’m about 6.75” BP x 5.5” G, so not real concerned with girth.

Day #2. Really want to get into a routine.

Is that your second day hanging ever or your second day hanging with 12 lbs after working your way up to 12 lbs?

Day #3. Overslept yesterday, so I didn’t get a chance to work out.

This will be my last post for a month or so, when I’ll hopefully be able to report some gains.

Andrew, no, I’ve experimented with hanging on and off for a couple of years. But actually, even when I first started, I remember starting with 5 lb. and not feeling a thing at all. And I worked up to 10 lb. very easily. 12 lb. is a very good “tug” for me. I will probably stay there until I can talk someone into letting me buy their bib from them!

I think you can still buy BIB Hangers from BIB, they are expensive, but worth the money if you don’t have the resources to make your own.
