I have come to realize that as far as hanging goes, the wrap is something that I have not mastered yet. A couple of questions; What are the main goals of wrapping, or what is it that we are trying to achieve with a good wrap. I can understand comfort and trying to cut down on skin soreness, but is their anything else? And what do all of you find works best for you.
