Hangers.

Just FYI to all of you interested, I had the most stubborn length ever.

I started here slightly short of 6” NBP and now am 7” NBP after almost 2 years.
Yet my girth skyrocketed.

My length would not pass 7” until I started hanging over the shoulder and recently straight out provides good fatigue.

I combined that with wearing my ADS as much as possible (Doesn’t matter which one but I use my penismaster and staticstretcher which is preferred by me because my penimaster base is too thin.)

I even wear my static to sleep. Before I get yelled at, my velcro snaps off when I get an erection. I always wake up and take it off because the skin just starts to sting, and I wake up with a big flaccid, and that is harder for me to achieve than most.

The end result? I just got .2” gain, I have done this routine for about 2 weeks. I hang as much as possible usually 3 sets, and I stretch every possible waking chance. Even driving.

Use light jelqs after hanging to restore bloodflow. If you’re hanging right it should be intense—you probably wont need any other intense exercises along with hanging, since if your hanging is not giving you fatigue, you can simply increase the weight. Take it slow, 1-2 lbs, or 1-2 set increases per week. Especially at the start, move up in 1/2 lb increments adding up to 1-2lbs total over any given week. Go by feel, sometimes you’ll find you need to drop the weight.

The first few weeks will mostly be skin stretching, you may find you have to add or drop weight after that depending on how your tissues respond.

I remember when I went from 5lbs to 6lbs I had to make my hanger significantly tighter. You’ll need to adapt to the attachment point stresses, give yourself time. You should notice major improvements in your penis vascularity during your first few weeks of hanging.

I’m lucky, I gained .75” BPEL in just a couple months. Regardless of how long it does or doesn’t take, it’s worth it in my opinion.

So true. I don’t ever plan on quitting this stuff, although I will reduce my time greatly once I reach 8” nbp, I don’t ever want to quit.

I am using the vacuhanger as well. Does anyone start to get slippage with it and it starts to pull the skin more and more while in use?

Yeah the silicone aint that elastic after all. Especially not the bigger size which I’m using now. I got almost only skin and head pull.

Haha same here! It used to lock onto me fine, but I use the constriction sleeve to eliminate blisters almost 100%, and I cannot expand as much. I use a little wrap under my head now and then put the constriction sleeve on, it works well.

And the sleeves get stretched out fast.holy hell.

This thread has taken on the attributes of just a general place to ask questions about hanging. Which is great! I have learned so much just from this one thread. Well I have the heavy hanger from Auto Extender(Monkey Bar), I love it as an ADS. However, here is my issue…When hanging I don’t get the blisters and things other people talk about. I get what looks like a hickey on the tip of my penis. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, is there anything that can be done to fix it? I do where it with the constriction sleeve. I love the comfort and ease of it, if only I could find away around this hickey!

I get it.

To be honest, I think it’s because I have blood in the tip of my penis. And I know that you’re supposed to drain all that out first, but if I do I can’t hang. I keep it minimal and the worst that usually happens is just that little hickey.

I have a hickey thing too, it was from a blister developed by the hanger. Be careful, as I think mine is permanent.

Permanent? Fuck that! As much as I love the thing I’m just not going to use it as a hanger. I will continue using it as an ADS though.

I just got finished making another new bib type hanger, so far its my most comfortable one, but I’m only on my first set so we will see. I tried something a little different this time. If I have success with it I will post more here about it. Using it as I type. :-)

Hey on the hanging video tutorial, the guy is using a wrap that is theraband on one side and cotton on the other. Is that something you can buy? Or is it a homemade deal?

Ok, then do you glue it to a theraband strip?
