I did do a review on it as the packet had suggested. Was the dude light-skinned? And that was bad phrasing earlier, but I would actually think that I was gaining at an normal pace under an highly metabolic low-volume/high-intensity routine(2x10[15lb-17lb/2x20[23lbs+]). But idk because I there isn’t much out there to compare to.
