I did do a review on it as the packet had suggested. Was the dude light-skinned? And that was bad phrasing earlier, but I would actually think that I was gaining at an normal pace under an highly metabolic low-volume/high-intensity routine(2x10[15lb-17lb/2x20[23lbs+]). But idk because I there isn’t much out there to compare to.

Tony, how long have you been hanging again? Those weights seem almost extreme for someone that hasn’t been hanging for months and months, maybe a year in some few cases. You are definitely putting in enough time though if you are doing those four sets daily.

Well before the four months that i’ve been hanging I was doing manual ligament stretches every other day for like 7 months, which is apparently stupid lol. Now my ligs are strong <_< ha. What’s your routine look like dude?
