Why did you go with the big one? Looked at your stats, was just curious.

Tony, the Malehanger looks good to me, it just bothers me how much of a blatant copy of the Bib Hardcore it is. But hey, for about half the price…

Exactly, I don’t like rats lawl, but i’m recently 19 and I don’t have a job -_-. I cleaned the house for 50 dollars from my mom and had to wait another week to clean it again for the money to buy the moneypak to relod my paypal and order it with. Basically i’m poor ha, but if I had a job id’ve definitely gotten the bib to avoid feeding the rat so to speak.

No one here giving any love to the Chicken Choker? Seems like a really simple diy design for those starting out with lighter weights.

That thing does look really cool. Like an improved AFB. I only saw it after I already bought my Bib though, so I have never tried it. The idea seems excellent though - lateral compression over a large surface area, leather padding, no pressure on the dorsal region.

I’ve seen the “CCH3 in action” pics and it looks like this device put all the tension on the skin, not the tunica or ligaments.

I built a hanger from the plans on Thunders. It has served me well. I gained an inch or so with the thing but started light. First month I used 2.5 lbs, second month 5 lbs.

I’m on a decon break for the summer because I haven’t gained for a while, but will get going again by October.

:O Really, you gained an inch? What methods did you use? How long were your sessions? how long did it take you to gain the inch? What weight did you stop at after gaining your inch? Sorry to spam you with questions but that is amazing to me. I’ve been hanging for about 4 months now and have only gained .3… They’re so slowly I won’t even feel like I gained <_<.

Well Tony apparently you buy hangers too, and that’s cool. :)

Tell us a little about your routine, maybe we can figure out why your gains have been so slow. Also, I swear I saw a video of you using the malehanger on YouTube the other day. Was that you?

Tony I made one of these: The Modified Bib Hanger

My routine would be 20 min sets preceded by warm-up of a hot washcloth. I’d try and get in an hour each day. The process took 12-15 months to gain an inch, and most of my gains came with less than 10 lbs. (Actually I’m not sure I gained any after 10 or more lbs.)

My two year anniversary is in October, but for the last few months I haven’t been hanging or stretching because of no new growth. So I’m taking a decon break.

I’d like to see if I can get another 1/2” or more in the next year. Good luck with your efforts.
