Hanger of Saiyan
Hi guys, I have recently read all the threads of Saiyan22 and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable the guy was on PE. He invented a cheap, simple hanger that looks painless and is able to handle heavy weight. Are there any hanging veterans who have used Saiyans hanger? Have you seen gains?
I have been hanging with the bib hanger for a year, BTC, 6 sets a day, everyday for 10 months and 3-4 sets a day for the last 2 months. I have gained about 0.4 of an inch. I am at a plateau at 27 pounds and haven’t gained for months, skin is the limiting factor. My lot is around 8.30. My attachment point is a bit indented and behind my glans is discolouration.
To quote Saiyan ”hanging near the base is safer and more efficient for faster gains. Instead of trying to plastically deform the tunica 1 inch behind the glans I think it’s better to just concentrate on the inner penile structures and ligiments to pull out the 1 -2 inches of already developed penis thats within the body. Another good thing about hanging closer to the base is greater loads can be placed on the ligiments and inner structures without having to worry about the tunica 1 inch behind the glans being damaged. One way to combat skin stretching for tunica/inner penis hanging is to bend your legs while lying down almost like you are doing a situp.”
I plan on hanging a lot in the next two years until I am atleast 8.7 BPEL, 8 -10 sets everyday. I plan on hitting the ligs with th bib, BTC hanging 25+ pounds for 2 sets and then using Saiyans hanger for OTS for many sets. PE weights when I am not hanging.
Any recommendations from experienced hangers and/or users of the Saiyan hanger would be awesome.
