When I first got my Vac Extender, I have to admit I used it for hanging. The most I hung with was 7lbs at about 30 minutes. I never had any problems at all. I know this is not the vac hanger but I used it as such. I seen good results I just did not stay consistent and cement any gains I started getting. I would like to say that I had gotten about 1/4 inch in length with just a little under two weeks of hanging. My routine was hanging 3 days a week. I did change my hang times up frequently, some days were 20 minutes for three sets, others were 2 sets for 45 minutes. It was what was comfortable to handle.
