Is the LG your first PE expierince? remember many guys report 0,5 inch gain or even close to an inch in the first months of newbie routine

There’s a very good discussion of the modifications to the BIB (Starter or Hardcore) starting at the top of this page: Finding xeno: a penis tale (p. 22)

I think that I can identify one bit of misunderstanding…at least I think so: the front bottom bolt should be backed out, making the opening at the distal (front) part of the BIB very wide at the bottom…one needs to bend the lower bottom bolt, and may need to bend the top bolt or wallow out the receiving channel…but these are well discussed…I think…on the page that I linked to. Please don’t hesitate to ask further questions if that doesn’t clear it up, it’s worth the little bit of effort to make the BIB even better.

How did you go about bending the bolt?

Nothing fancy; held bolt in one hand and BIB in the other, exerted forces between them producing a resultant force in the direction that I wanted the bolt to go…and it went there. :)

I’ve never hung too low, so maybe for where you’re at, but you would eventually need wrap if you stuck to hanging because you’re supposed to make it heavier over time.

I recently made xeno’s mods to a BIB HC, and it is damn good. I think the pilates band alone would allow for hanging without wrap. But the other mods for the /\ and < configuration are excellent as well, allowing for hanging with mostly uninterrupted circulation. Very good PE tool here.

What kind of pull do you feel (compared to the regular bib) and where? Is there loose skin at the base?

It seems the shaft is under no stress, and angles to target the ligs are limited. So the only way I see it relevant would be to agree gains from ligs and inner/base of penis stretch are possible.

Otherwise it looks great.

Same pull as normal low angle hanging. Feel in the base tunica, ligs, and abdominal fascia. Base skin is tight but not as tight as I remember it when I last hung 1.5 years ago with a normal BIB Starter. That could be due to having gained some “PE skin” over that time, or could be a hanger difference, not sure.

All I can say about where the gains come from while hanging at lower angle with attaching at the base, is that it has worked for me in the past, and seems to still be working in the present. Obviously can’t be sure whether it’s ligs or base tunica gains. I certainly feel it in both, whether with this hanger mod or any lower angle hanging. I’ve never felt low angle hanging in the “inner penis” however I can feel it there when hanging or stretching at upper angles. For this reason I think a mix of hanging at low angles and high angles is a good way to cover all your bases.

Thank you I guess it is worth it then. If I can get some easy gains with a very easy to use hanger it would be my pleasure.
One of my concerns was how well it grasped the internals as opposed to the skin since I am uncut.

I wonder how well it will work for base girth.

It should be possible to hang straight out for ages if you just lay down on your belly. For example you would use part of a bed for chest and belly, then nothing under the penis/hanger, and rest the legs on a chair.

That’s a great idea for SO, Walter. I think I could get the standard SO while sitting upright in a chair to work also, if I file away more of the top teeth. I’ll get around to that some day. :)

I’d be curious to know if it works for you being uncut, as I’m sure many guys would. I think with the right level of /\ configuration it should work.

Sounds good.

The last one of my concerns is it seems such a hanger would grasp the shaft exactly on the nerves and arteries along each side of the dorsal veins. However both you and xeno reported extreme comfort.

Technically if it is able to grasp the shaft with loose skin behind it, there should be no problems for uncut.

I think any steps closer to xeno’s mods would allow for more comfort and longer sets. For example 30 or 40 mn sets would already be an incredible improvement.

No problems with nerves. I’m only hanging 3.5 - 4.0 lbs now, so take this with a grain of salt, but I think there’s all around less compression going on due to the geometry, and not having a wrap. So not only does it not aggravate the nerves, it seems even safer (less chance of any nerve problems) than when I hung with the normal BIB Starter.
