Hang from the head or the middle?

I’ve been hanging for about a month. Up to 7 lbs 45 min a night.

Question 1.
Is this time suitable for gains?

I’ve been looking at the anatomy of the penis and experimenting with different stretch feels. Now the home made bib with clamp and hose that I made, as well as the “real” bib grabs the middle of the penis, stretching primarily the base. Now when I manually stretch, just grabbing the head, it seems that this is pulling everything, not just the base.

Excuse me if this has been discussed before, I wouldn’t even know where to begin to search. So as I said, it seems to me that the stretch from the head would make for better gains. The problem is attaching something from just the head. I don’t even know if that’s possible. I also don’t even know if my thinking is correct with this.

What do you think?

Vacuum hangers were developed for exactly the reason you describe. They pull from the head.

Sounds cool, makes sense. I thought of that after the initial posting. I remember looking at some monkey device. Can’t find the link. Does anybody have any experience using one? Any ideas as far as what method is better. Finally what is the best vacuum hanger out there?

I was under the impression that the only effective way to hang was from above the nerve cluster that connects the glans to the urethra and shaft.

I dont think that pulling the head will do anything…
Think about it. Grab just your head and pull - the head stretches, and some skin, but there is no firm connection between your head and your ligs or tunica.

Aim for above the nerve bundle so that you have something to “grab” on to.
