On topic… from my experience, which is hanging, I have not changed my “free hanging” erection angle to any significant degree, only a little, 10-15 degrees.

I have definitely lengthened my ligaments through 6 months of hanging BTC for up to 28 hours per week. My LOT went from 8:00 to 6:30.

Bib says that the shape of the tunica is what dictates the erection angle the most. Secondary to that is the weight of the erection which under the influence of gravity, causes the erection to be lower and this is where the ligament stretching has influence… less suspension bridge effect.

I am relieved that all my BTC hanging has not produced a significantly lower “free hanging” erection angle. I will admit however that my unit is easier to deflect downward during intercourse. This in turn allows me to go deeper.

SD and BTC will not make much difference in term of gains, its supposed importance is coming from the LOT theory which, as shown by links posted earlier (and even too many threads on the subject posted on this forum) is wrong.


Thanks for sharing the information on your hanging experience. From what I now have gathered, you used a loop hanger for two whole months and gained 2 cm (less than 1 inch), probably newbie gains.

In your opinion, this makes you a hanging expert to the degree that you can tell the membership that Bib, a guy who pioneered a hanger that is still number one after over a decade, a guy who has helped thousands of men gain significant length using the LOT Theory, that his ideas are ridiculous.

IMO this makes you sound ridiculous.

Just because ModestoMan’s LOT Simulator did not correlate with the Bib’s LOT Theory does not mean that the theory is wrong. Simulators are only as good as the model they simulate. The “elastic link” model of penis lig and tunica anatomy is EXTREMELY oversimplified. I would trust reality first. Why did my LOT change from 8:00 to 6:30 and my gains stop, even though I increased the weight significantly? Because the LOT Theory predicts it, and it makes sense to anyone who reads the anatomy information carefully. This is also the basis for Penis Length surgery, but I am sure that you have carefully picked through that and decided that it is full of fraud as well.

So thanks… I really needed to know where you have been coming from and now I do. You are coming from a place of very little real knowledge. You have read and read but you have not done the real work. You post all over this forum with the anecdotal evidence that you subcribe to saying that everything else is ridiculous.

In reality you have little practical experience.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

The different between BTC to SD isn’t in where the penis is; the difference is in where the body is.

All of my gains (not much) came from hanging. Better than 90% of my hanging was BTC. My hanging was pre-LOT theory but we were tossing similar ideas around back then. I felt a more intense stretch BTC and so went with it. Thankfully it had no effect on my LOT, erection angle, or any of that stuff. It just made it an inch longer and a bit chubbier as well.

So I have just gotten my self wrapped and successfully locked into my BIB with a 2.5lbs weight hanging off of it. I carefully hand stabilize the hanger and stand up to reposition my chair in relation to my “L” shaped computer desk. At this point I am hanging SD.

I then sit back down so my cheeks are on the edge of the chair. I put my legs up on either side of my monitor with the keyboard across my upper thighs. I lean back in the chair, with my hanger and balls attempting to crawl up my ass. BTC. When my back got tired I would sit back up, straight, on the edge of the chair. Then put my feet on the edge next to my cheeks. Still BTC.
