Good cheap hanger?

Bibs hanger is kinda too expensive for me,and with overseas shpping it will be more than 200$.Are there any other options for a good hanger thats not as expensive?:/

Tom Hubbard’s AFB hanger may not look like much, but guys have used as much as 30lbs safely with the device.

I have read reports of guys using 15lbs with the captain’s wench and I’m pretty sure you can do 20lbs with it (even if you can’t the device could still be used as an ADS).

I made a captains wench—it’s a good device. I think it’s worth having (even though I have a Bib Hanger too).

Vacuum hanger is extremely easy and extremely cheap to make.

CCH3 is also quite cheap, but requires some tools to be made.

Anything you make at home will be cheaper than buying online. :D

I want to avoid vacuum hanging.I got two times blister through vacuum stretching.:/

Blisters can be prevented easily using M3 micropore tape. :)

Hey,I see you vacuum hang.With how much weight?Did you see anmy gains,and if yes in what timeframe?I am thinking of doing somehting similar.I love pumping but want to do stretching with hanging as well.

Today is my 10th day of hanging so I’m still at 2.4 lbs. Don’t know about gains, but my flaccid hang is bigger than ever. I also pump, usually after a hanging session.

Vacum hanging is based on the same principles as traditional hanging devices. You can make great gains with either type of device. Not to beat a dead horse, but I explain the differences here (in the same thread I first quoted—the same link again is below). There are pros and cons to either way of hanging. Both vacuum and traditional hanging devices are good—it’s just a matter of deciding which is best for you.
