Hi All,

I’m interested in adding to my routine of hanging 10Hours/Week. Does anyone know where I can find golf weights? Do people just where them all day? On the glans?

Any advice appreciated.

I got mine form Wal-Mart, they were 1.47 for each weight. They are red and found in the sporting goods section. I also wear the weights on the shaft. Some guys wear them all day, some guys dont. I wear my weights around 1 hour a day.

Depends on your girth. Keeping them on is a problem for some guys. It was for me too at first. If you are uncut or have a lot of excess PE skin this will help. By pulling the skin forward through the rings and letting it bunch up at the end it will keep the weights on without wrap, and the extra cushion of skin will protect the glands. This is the most comfortable way to wear them. Pumping is also a great way to temporyally fatten up your girth enough to keep them on all day. If your girth is less that 5-3/4 they will slip off. I’m a little over 6” girth now and I can jog with five on(2 pounds) but they get a little uncomfortable after about seven miles. But I can wear three all the time and piss with them on and can hardly tell I’m wearing them except when I sit. A drop of super glue(on the rings not your dick) will keep the rings together so they do not pinch. The only way I can get them on now is to soap up in the shower. This is the best way to put them on and take them off if your girth is over 6” They are a great way to heal extended after hanging. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I love these things. They’ve really increased my gains I think. From my stats it appears that I’m gaining somewhere in the area of 1/8 about every 10days. I too wear them all day long to the tune of about 12 to 15 hours a day. That doesn’t mean continuously I do have to unwrap for urination, but for the most part they stay on all day.

I agree they are the way to solidify hanging gains. I can actually feel fatigue all day and that’s when I really gain. My girth is currently 6.25 and I wear 6 rings. The wrap tightness determines how long you can wear with comfort. Get it to tight and your going to get head swelling and dull pain which means you’ve got to unwrap and do it again.

I can’t hang daily although I try. It seems though that once every three days is good. At that time I try to get a good fatigue then back on with the rings.

BTW: 5 rings = 2.1 lbs

Start off small and work up. It’s the time hanging that makes it work not the amount of weight.

An additional thought.

Try using Talcom Powder instead of lube, they slip on and off the same but without the greasyness and when the grease dries it can make the skin stick and pinch. The Talcom keeps them slipping.
