Well, as I am typing this e-mail I am hanging with two(2) golf weights.
I was skeptical at first of fear they would fall off.

Today I visited the local hose and fitting store and was asking about large o-rings.
They told me I could virtually get any size 0-ring I wanted with a minimum order of $20.00.

Here is where the brain kicked in.
I remembered when I was adding an addition on to my last house that I had to get the plumbing inspected. Well to inspect all the sewer lines you had to fill all the pipes with H2O. Doing this before any of the fixtures were installed. Thus, this reminded me of the test plugs that I had to use to plug the pipes with water in them for inspection. I went to Home Depot and got one of those 2” test plugs that are used for testing 2” water lines. I removed the rubber ring which has a 2 1/4”OD - 1 1/4”ID. I shaved the ID down to where it would snuggly fit over the gland with my foreskin pulled over. I first slipped on two weights then slipped the snug fitting rubber ring over the gland and shazamm.
I am walking around the work place with no one being the wiser. As my gland is a little over sized compared to the rest of the unit this is working out very fine. Also, I am wearing very loose fitting and baggy jeans.
This is working out so well, tomorrow I am going to try three, maybe four, maybe even five golf weights.

Hope that works, but as a precaution I will have a piece of string tied through the weights and attached to one of my belt loops.

The safety string is a very smart idea!

The only reason I mentioned a pre-planned answer is I remembered a caller on a radio show sharing her most embarrassing moment. She had just purchased a set of Ben Wa balls and decided to try them out on her way home. As a real test she stopped for an ice cream cone and as she was standing in line with a bunch of other people, one of the balls popped out and rolled down her pant leg and hit the floor with a thud, then continued to roll. Everyone in line saw it, no one said anything, but the silence was deafening. I laughed so hard my cheeks were hurting!

Well, today I started out with 4 weights on. There was no real visual of anything other than it looked like I may of had a half a woody. No stares and no questions.

Well, I had to do a little more active work today than I had planned. Within about an hour the weights started to give way. I must have enlarged the center of the retaining ring a little to much for four weights.

I proceeded to re-adjust and remove one of the weights, thus only using 3 instead of 4.

This worked very well, so tonight I will be modifying another retaining ring that will allow me to wear 4 weights tomorrow.

I hung for over three hours before I removed the weights to go to a meeting as I didn’t want to sit around for an hour or more with the weights not doing any thing.

I felt some good but slight pulling on the unit throughout the morning. I am hoping to continue hanging the 3 weights the rest of the afternoon.

Jonathonb: Instead of wearing four of the steel golf weights, wear two lead weights. They weigh more with less bulk. Also try doing a ten minute E-Uli before putting on the weights and you won’t need the o-ring. Let fluid build up keep the rings on. After all it has to be good for something.

Do you think the weight of the golf weights is what is doing something, or just the effect of keeping your penis fully extended? Because I experimented today wearing 2 wrist wraps and it was vary comfortable and kept everything stretched out nicely, and stayed on without any complex wrapping etc. This could also be worn for hours as the circulation was not impaired at all.

Actually both, IMO the golf weights give that little tug and keep the ligs fully straight. I believe that the little tug is much greater then you would expect and exceeds what you would normally feel. If you take into consideration what happens when you stand up, climb stairs, just moving about, that little tug is not just a pound or whatever your wearing it is amplified by gravity and inertia. So effectively instead of 1 or 2 pounds the ACTUAL effect could exceed 5 or 6 pounds. Even though it may be a momentary thing these stretches will have great effect. When worn all day long you’ll find that your ligs will feel fatigued. Then when your heavy hanging session comes around your ligs are already fatigued. Result, more effective hanging. I’ve even found that I can reduce my heavy hanging weight.

Damn, Redwood, two wrist wraps. You must be gaining length. I too, feel that a little bit of weight worn all the time is the key, at least for flaccid length gains. I’ve also cut back a little on my 20lb hanging sets, after seeing a little blood on my hanger the other day. And I was just about to send it back to Bib to be regelled. Now I know if he sees the blood stains I’ll get a lecture. I’ve cut my sets down to 15 pounds two hours a day five days a week, but I wear the lead weights all the time, except when I sleep I wear the wrap,(One Wrap not two) I also take my weights off when I have sex. I tried to bang Mizz Girtha last night with the weights on, but she wouldn’t go for it. She said, “I may be a size queen, but I’m not crazy.

I only wear one wrist wrap to bed, I think the second wrist wrap would interfere with nocturnal erections. So the second one is just for during the day.
(Which I’ve only done a few times, usually I only wear one also. I’m not sure if 2 will help me that much because I hang at night before bed.)

I’m really looking for a way to cement my hanging gains as I seem to be so close to the 7-1/2” mark after hanging,
but only 7-1/4 with maybe 1/16” or two more during the day.(Yes I’m a compulsive measurer, but only to know what’s working and what I need to do.)

Perhaps it would be better for me to hang in the morning and then use golf weights or the 2 wraps to keep it extended the rest of the day. Or maybe hanging before bed is just as good with nocturnal erections keeping everything extended at night.(I do prefer hanging before bed with my schedule.) It could be that I just need patience and these post hanging gains will stick around in time.

Where could one acquire some lead weights? If they are bare lead, wearing them could result in poisoning.

Weekend Hang

Had a good stretch this last weekend after three days of just hanging golf weights. Wed., Thur., & Fri. I just hung 3-4 golf weights for about 5-7 hours a day.

I went to the lake house over the weekend (Fri. eve.) and did some hanging there.

I started with a 5- 10 minute warm up. I then started out with the 4 lb. weight first and could feel a very good pull on the ligs. After about 3-4 minutes I traded out and put on the 6 lb. weight for 3-4 minutes. I then traded out and put on the 8 lb. weight and got a very good lig stretch for about 2-4 minutes as I could feel a little discomfort at the base. I then switched back to the 4 lb. weight for a couple of minutes as a retaining hang. I followed with 50 jelqs and a 15 minute waiting period.

I then proceeded with my second set of hangs. Started with a 10 minute warm-up. This time opting not to use the 8 lb. and did the 4 and 6 lb. for 6 minutes each. Followed with 50 jelqs and a 15 minute cool/warm down. I got 3 golf weights warm and 3 golf weights cool for this last cool/warm.
