Girth from hanging..
Hey Bib first of all I’ve gotten some good gains from the hanger. Up to 7.5” bp now.
My current routine is 1 hour hanging/45mins jelqing&squeezing.
I was thinking about upping my hanging time to 2+ hours and dropping the jelqing/squeeze time to maybe just 10 mins after for blood circulation. I think by doing so, I should speed up my length gains, then focus on my girth gains later, similar to what you did.
My question is… Can you also get midshaft and head girth from hanging? or just base girth.? Seems like my head size has increased, but I’m not sure if it’s from hanging or squeezing.
Did you notice any midshaft or head size improvements from hanging?
