Getting Into Vacuum Hanging: Rest/Sets/Weights
Hey guys. I have a VacExtender that I’ve been using for the past week or so. I’ve been PE’ing on and off for ten years, though, and my real interest has always been in hanging. I don’t gain length easily and figure it can be a great way to break on through.
My question is this: If I can keep blood circulating well due to using a vacuum system, do I need to take breaks in between sets? Rather than doing three twenty minute sets, couldn’t I just do an hour long one and be done?
The other concern is weight, but not being able to hang more than 10 pounds or so shouldn’t be a problem for me. I work from home and can have as much privacy as I want. If I am capable of spending 9 hours a day in the extender, I figure hanging with just a little bit more stretch than the extender could give me will take my gains up a notch.
