Getting back into pe from my break
I stopped pe on Saturday to take my break but from reading a lot of posts it seems like people do not take breaks. Well it’s been 5 days since the last time I pe’d so I’m going to get back into it today when I come back from the gym. I need a new routine but don’t really know what to do. My routine before was basically the newbie routine with inverted v stretches. What should I do next can anyone tell me a good routine I should do this time? Oh and I’ve been doing these exercises while sitting down if I did them standing up this time is it considered a new routine?
