Gents, would it be feasible to hang then go back to a manual routine?
Hey guys I’m toying with the idea of hanging once I reclaim my lost gains from my break as I am happy with my girth.
I have around 6-9 months before I go to the services and obviously for the first few months hanging is going to be out of the question.
Could it be productive to say hang for 6 months, take a decon then start back up manual? Or a are manual stretches (not inc. A’s/V’s) never the same after hanging?
It’s a flip up between hanging, penismaster or golf weights all day at the moment. The unregulated nature of manual stretches (not jelqs, I love jelqing) is bugging me lol.
