Has anyone on here gained from hanging without any engorgement exercises (i.e. jelqing, clamping, squeezes)?

I have gained over an inch in Side BPEL,without jelqing. And I even noticed that I gained in girth a bit, just under the head, from the hanger. I guess it is similar to clamping right there.

I’ve been hanging with the vac-hanger with the green sleeves at around 15 lbs for ~40 hours over the last 4 weeks and haven’t seen gains. I don’t do anything else other than ADS as much as I can. I haven’t used heat - wonder if that is necessary for gains.

I noticed that you hang a specific weight. Therefore, I assume you don’t reach fatigue? My hanging weight varies in relation to my management of fatigue. My max weight is 12.5lb but I’m rarely hanging at that weight. I could be wrong but that may be why you aren’t gaining.

My gains have been 90-95% manual stretches.

Has anyone seen stretch marks develop at the base of their cock due to hanging? I’m hanging from 15-20 pounds which seems to work well and show results, except I recently noticed these stretch marks appear.. It doesn’t bother me too much because it’s hidden in my pubes, but don’t want them to show up on my cock too!

Are you getting gains? I wouldn’t care about stretch marks, but that’s me. Hell I’ve got so many scars on my unit from jerking off over the years, that a few stretch marks would fight right in.
