Gains with Hanging - Updated
I’m sorry Mods, I know there are other threads regarding this, but they are all out of date, and I think more members started hanging since the last Poll I found which was 6 years ago.
So for you hangers out there, how much have you gained with hanging only? Have you gained any girth too? What was your max weight? What´s the biggest issue you have/had to learn to hang?
Share your routine with others and I´m sure it will help.
In my case I’ve been only hanging for 3 months, but I think it’s a very tricky form of PE and each new weight requires a new learning curve due to more slippage demanding more refined wrapping and attaching technique.
Until 8-9lbs it was fine, was having a very good fatigue on the ligs and wrapping was fine. After I increased to 11.5lbs it´s being very difficult to attach properly because it gets too tight, becoming painful, or it slips a little.
During this 3 months I only gained 0,3cm BPEL and 0,7cm in BPSFL. I think its a reasonable gain but less than i expected. I´ve been hanging everyday 3 sets a day minimum.
Start 30/06/2016 - BPEL 13cm MSEG 11,5cm
Now - BPEL 16,5cm MSEG 12cm BPFSL 17,5cm
Goal - BPEL 19cm MSEG 15cm BPFSL 20cm
