Gains with Hanging - Updated

I’m sorry Mods, I know there are other threads regarding this, but they are all out of date, and I think more members started hanging since the last Poll I found which was 6 years ago.

So for you hangers out there, how much have you gained with hanging only? Have you gained any girth too? What was your max weight? What´s the biggest issue you have/had to learn to hang?

Share your routine with others and I´m sure it will help.

In my case I’ve been only hanging for 3 months, but I think it’s a very tricky form of PE and each new weight requires a new learning curve due to more slippage demanding more refined wrapping and attaching technique.

Until 8-9lbs it was fine, was having a very good fatigue on the ligs and wrapping was fine. After I increased to 11.5lbs it´s being very difficult to attach properly because it gets too tight, becoming painful, or it slips a little.

During this 3 months I only gained 0,3cm BPEL and 0,7cm in BPSFL. I think its a reasonable gain but less than i expected. I´ve been hanging everyday 3 sets a day minimum.

I didn’t vote because I feel up to a half inch is a big swing from what I actually gained. I’ve hung on and off and I always get two months in and I can’t continue because of the mentally grueling act of being incapacitated for hours a day.

Gains…. 1/8 of and inch in length 0 girth

Max weight…. 12.5 lbs

Issues….after learning how to wrap the only issue I had was boredom

Routine….4-6 sets of 20 mins, 5 days a week using a bib starter, last hanging cycle I added in clamping and/or pumping after my sets.

thats really a lot of time. But do you feel you would gain more if you continued?

I do think I would have however I started thinking what if this is all a waste and I gain nothing significant. There are those who haven’t gained from hanging after logging many hours, that also played into the psychology of it for me. When I did my hanging/pumping/clamping routine I noticed I would reach new lengths in the pump. For example when I air pump I hit around 7 inches at 5hg after hanging its 71/4 or more at the same hg. So gains are possible from hanging for me.

I’m in recovery mode from my blister on my gland. It got caught on my boxers and when I tore it off my boxers, it started to bleed so it extended my recovery time even more. I was at Day 32 of hanging and I noticed that even 3 days of rest at the moment, my flaccid is hanging lower and longer. My EL gains is around the corner I just got to focus on my recovery and get back into once I’m fully healed.

Routine
Morning
- Rice Sock Warm Up (5-10 Mins)
- 40 - 1HR sitting SD hang 1 - 3 sets 8.5 LBs (I try to get total of 1.5 - 2 hours hang time)
- 5 - 10 Mins Wet Jelq

Evening
- Rice Sock Warm Up (5 - 10 Mins)
- 20 - 1HR sitting SD hang 1 - 3 sets 8.5 LBs (Depending on how much time I have since at this point on most days, I’m already up 15 hours and feeling really tired)
- 5 - 10 Mins Wet Jelq (only if I miss my morning jelq or if I have the time to do a second jelq for the day)


Current: BPEL: 6.7' EG: 4.8'

Goal: BPEL: 9' EG: 6'

I just started hanging myself - great to get some feedback from other folk doing the same.

As pointed out above - I totally agree with how difficult hanging is - the discomfort, the inability to move about, the sheer amount of dedication and private time need is hardcore - but I’m sticking with it for a 20 week plan.

I hang sittting down in a chair - TBH standing up for 20-30mins would be impossible! I put a metal tin over the edge of the chair and the hanger (CCH3) cables slide over that - the friction is minimal, but some of the weight is lost - so my actual hang weight is lower than my log. The cables I use are made from”rattail satin cord 2.5mm” - which is super super smooth.

I hang for 30mins continuously - this cuts down the amount of time needed - I did start at 20mins, but found it waay to much work to do 6 sets a day - so 30mins gives me 4 sets/day - which I can easily manage. So I tested out at 40mins continous hang - a tiny bit numb but nothing major. No tissue damage or death and I’ve been monitoring it very closely after reading all the 20min max stuff. I found 30mins hanging correctly - no numbness. I think at higher weights above 8lbs I will switch back to 20min sets if any issues occur.

My gains so far in 2 weeks (the first 2 weeks I spent trying to work out how to hang consistently)

Are - 0.5” NBPFL, 0.25” BPSFL, 0.15” BPEL, 0.1” NBPEL 0” EG

Flaccid penis looks bigger already and I’m more than happy with 0.1” NBPEL so will continue for the full 20 weeks I have planned. 7” NBPEL has always been my goal - it’s a numbers thing :) anything above that is pure win. I’m not after girth at all, just length because my width is 1.9” it looks way girthy enough already :) and extra length would add to the visual look thing.

Don’t use vac hangers

To the OP, was a daily pumper, Started hanging late April, after a decon at 7.675 bpel was a long time pumper, I am normally 7.875 to 8 bpel now. with my girth midshaft 5.75 and base has went from 5.5 to over 6

I haven’t pumped since Jan of this year

Have you gained that girth via hanging?

With respect to the thread can you give more info? This is a little vague.

I feel there is very little on hanging as of recent times on here. Yes we can all go back and read then re-read Bib’s threads and hanging 101 by Blink but it’s June of 2017 and maybe if we collectively post our experience some of us will actually stick it out. I tried awhile back to get a thread going on hanging and the mental anguish of it, I got crickets instead of responses. No one can tie me or anyone else to a chair and force me or anyone else to hang BUT maybe if we keep a thread going some of us will stick it out seeing others that are gaining and what they’re doing today not back in 2005!

Agree! Maybe some different approaches. Specially because I feel most people that started hanging had too many issues learning to wrap on both Bib style and vac hangers, and so they give up claiming hanging doesn’t work.

Or they think they learnt to hang but at some point when weight becomes too heavy they have to stop due to some injury.

So this thread could bring some light to the subject and maybe a way for people to solve their doubts.

I searched a lot and never saw a good video showing how to wrap and attach. And those who hang knows that a vide would help a lot!

Maybe someone here is willing to help and post something for the community.

Dvdck check out malehangers videos on wrapping and hanging they helped me a lot. I would never buy his hanger but I gotta give credit where it’s due, his videos really helped me a lot.

I’m on Day 42 of my hanging but for the last 6 days now I’ve been recovering from a blister that was formed during my last hanging session. Even though I did not gain any EL, as of now, my flaccid hang is more noticeable then before. I believe that I’m still in the conditioning period for my penis where I’m about to hit that sweet spot of a weight before the EL comes in.

The Vac Hanger Style was the best choice for me since I’m uncut. I’ve tried the Captain’s Wench hanger style, the noose style but not the BIB. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of the learning curve with the BIB hanger but after discovering the LG Hanger, I believe this is the best style vac hanger as its the most comfortable for me. I don’t know how to link my progress thread here but you can search it under “PE Progress - Using TLC Tugger, Mulondo and more.”

If you are the type of person that has a bit of disposable income and at least 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, then the LG Hanger is something you might want to entertain. I have my fair share of equipment because time was more important to me then the cash that was spent. I always thought that I can always make up the cash later on in my life but the time I won’t get back and I would rather have a bigger penis in my youthful years then in my senior years.
