Gains from upper angle hanging

I should preface this by saying that I did not start OTS work on a fresh, deconditioned dick. I had jelqed and manual stretched for a few months before starting with hanging. I then spent another four to six weeks learning how to hang and working downward angles. By the time I switched to OTS, my total gains to date were 0.5” BPEL, 0.5” BPFS and 0.375” EG.

In the first month of OTS work I picked up 0.25” BPFS and roughly 0.125” EG. After that the gains stopped. Over the next nine months, I continued to hang 40-60 sets per week with zero progress. At that point, I took a nearly year-long dedconditioning break. Since returning to PE I’ve made decent gains, but not via hanging.

Given what I know now, I’m convinced that a lot of what I did early on served to make my dick very strong, but without significant gains to show for it. If I were to hang again, I’d approach it much differently this time around.

Some guys have told me that they didn’t respond on this thread because they tried OTS and gained nothing.

But guys, this information is critical! Please post your lack of gains as well as your gains. Zero is as valid as any other number.

Wish I could give you more info but this is all I’ve got. I’ve hung in an upper angle for about 1 week now. Before that it was BTC and SD for about 4 weeks, nothing but skin gains. After 1 week of upper angle hanging (which isolates my tunica nicely) I’ve gained .5 inches in my BPSFL. Not a bad start, hoping I can gain more in the coming weeks and hopefully cement those gains.

Sorry, that was .4 inches, not .5.

I’ve began OTS recently, so there hadn’t been enough time. I was wrapping afterwards, but then decided to stop wrapping and replace it with upward pulling for 30 seconds after each piss. But then after further consideration I very recently stopped OTS and am now just doing the upward piss pulls. I want to see if this gets me anything in a couple of months, and if not then I’ll add the OTS back in. I changed my routine in an effort to take a more progressive approach to tunica work, and it’s because of many guys posting that they believe they went at PE too strong too often and as a result toughened up quickly.

Do you have any links to the threads saying that they went too strong too often? I would like to read them. Were they speaking of hanging to target the tunica too often and too strong? Do you know if these guys incorporated an ADS into their routine?

I don’t know the posts’ locations, it’s just something I’ve seen posted from time to time. For instance, MX in this thread. The ligs have been mentioned before also, not just the tunica.

However, perhaps MX is also saying the manual stretches is something would he leave out, though I take it his 40- 60 sets per week was the culprit for the toughening up so much, and that is mainly what he is referring to(?).

ptobably so, that’s a lot of freaking sets. I always assumed that with hanging, more sets=faster results, since Monty determined that his hanging gains were on a per session basis. Maybe MX wasn’t incorporating an ADS into the routine and so his tunica was healing while in a turtled state.

Since we are on the topic of upper angle hanging no doubt related to shaft/tunica gains I will say that I think maybe what we should be doing more is really high intense Bundled Hanging more when we hang at upper angles like OTS. Damn, we might just as well be hanging with a bundled penis SD because this is sure to provide high intenity sets that will work the tunica much more if the penis is bundled correctly and do sets for bundling each side even though the common knowledge is do SD for lig gains, check out this link where BIB even believes what I am saying in fact I got the idea from this recent thread http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/…ead.php?t=19332 started very recently this month at the MOS forums (there’s even cool pics of him doing the SD bundled hanging, not BIB ;) ) . Then after these high-intensity bundled sets and a nice fatigue is felt in the shaft, it’s time to rest for the rest of the day until the next day or even take the next day off as well then resume bundled hanging at various angles to stress the tunica/shaft for gains.

All I know is I would say the bundled A-Stretch with DLD Blasters seems to be one of the most intense Manual Stretchs. I did a few of these for a half hour last night and that was it and got great fatigue in the shaft/tunica also I did some one other bundled manual stretching session with some low erection SD jelqing in the morning yesterday as well. My dick seems really stretchy right now and very happy (good blood flow). I’m starting to believe for tunica gains high intensity excersizes like bundled stretching and bundled hanging with depending on your condtion a certain about of flaccid/low-erection jelqs SD combined with a good amout of rest to let full growth happen in between each of those high-intensity workouts may be the ticket for fast tunica gains. I will have to wait and see, but I am really excited by what I am expierencing so far! :D

Upper angle hanging has done nothing for me except cause some bruising. It’s strange because I do feel a very intense stretch when doing it, but nothing has ever resulted. Of course I only did for a month and then switched to SO, which is primarily what I believe gave me my gains.

Thank you, Veesel. Do you have any idea whether your SO hanging position was above or below your LOT at the time? Do you believe most of your gains were from lig stretching?

I have a pretty high LOT about 12 o’clock so yes it was below my LOT. Yes my gains are probably primarily from lig stretching, being that I wear my hanger pretty low down on the shaft in order to target my ligs. At this point I bent on stretching the ligs as much as possible when I cease to get gains from this I plan on taking a break and then targeting the tunica.
