Hi guys,

I want to tell you that when I was hanging ots for 12 weeks last year, I was gaining nothing in length. Therefore I gained 0.4 inches erect girth at the whole shaft, not at the base.

Everybody else here who experienced something like this? This makes absolutely no sense for me, because hanging is supposed to bring you length gains and not girth gains along the shaft. I also want to say, that during these 12 weeks, I only did some jelqing for 5 days, so basically I did no girth work or any other pe exercise, just hanging ots.

0.4” is a lot of gains without doing anything specific for it. Congrats! I would suspect the clamping of the hanger on your shaft has caused it. I often get temporarily gains of about 0.1” which usually disappears slowly after I stop my hanging routine.

I’ve been hanging for a week and my flaccid tends to be girthier.

So, I’ve been thinking about this too. What if the stretching causes more tissue to build up, but there is a “rubber-band” rebound to your old length. Then that extra tissue shows as girth.

I’ll be curious to see what my result is after 12 weeks…

I’m being concerned about this, I heard that btc hanging can cause more base girth but I never heard about increasing girth uniformly along the whole shaft. Don’t get me wrong, I like the more girth on my unit but I do not want to have it at this time. I’m up for length and do not want that my increased girth will hinder my length growth.
I also thought, that ots hanging is only a length exercise.

I hope that the theory that when you are up for length you will automatically also gain girth is true. It makes sense to me the more I think about this. I have a hard time to imagine that when you do a length routine, that you will never get any girth gains. All the big gainers gained also girth while doing length work. I think the penis is like a matrix, when you stretch it will becoming longer, at some point the matrix is not stretching anymore, it becomes thicker in order to be stretchable again and go for further length,at least I hope so.

My experience was the same. As my length increased, girth kind of came along for the ride. I didn’t do any girth work as such but Oh WEll.
