Ok I need some help from the pros. Last week I posted a new thread named “Retraction”. I now realize I should have just put it here. Here is what it said:
“I normally hang for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. This past week I had a lot of extra time and doubled that for two days straight. So I did 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The result…retraction. Usually when I am done hanging for the day my BPFSL is about an 8TH of an inch longer than normal. However, after doing this, my post hang session was a little more than a quarter if an inch less than normal. Does this mean I just over did it? I do double up once or twice a week, but I have never done it on back to back days like that. Is this too much, or should I just ride the fatigue?”
“Oh also…something I just thought of. I just recently started to jelq again. So for the last week I have been doing 50 wet jelqs a day, 2 days on, 1 day off.”
Here is my issue; I now have lost about a 1/4 of an inch in BPFSL(after having tremendous success in this last month or so), but it seems that I have gained a little in EL. I am completely confused by this. This is the exact opposite reason that I started this thread. In the beginning I gained in BPFSL, but lost in EL. I did take a couple of days off, and I also stopped jelqing for now to see if I could get my BPFSL back, but it seems to be stuck at the loss for now. Anyone else have an experience like this?

In the last two months of hanging, the steel cable that I use to hang weights from over a pulley has stretched 1.5 inches. Yet I have not yet seen an EL gain! What the hell!
When you highly stress the penis the trauma caused will result in incrementally smaller erections due to the fatigued state of the appendage. Conditioning breaks will help the penis to heal to a healthful state and thereby optimize your erection quality. Under high stress from hanging, damage is occurring and will result in less than optimum erections. It would be like running the 100 yard dash with a sprained ankle, your time is going to increase until the ankle is healed.
Looks like my penis will be getting its needed break. I just got a nice big blister. Maybe I will see a gain after a few days rest…its happened before.
