Found the wrap for me for hanging...

Wellllll, Had a very good weekend stretching.
I was able to find the right wrap for the unit that worked very well.
I stuck to the guideline of keeping the foreskin over the head and wrapping tight enough that I could still take a leak.
I quickly surpassed the 3 lb. weight after my first 10 min. hang.

My routine was as follows.

15 min. heat soak
10 min. hang (3lbs.)
10 min. heat soak

20 min. break (homebrewed ale)

15 min. heat soak
10 min. hang (6 lbs.)
10 min. heat soak

Repeat soak/hang/soak with 6 lbs.

Am I doing this right?
