Hopeful I think you missed the point some of us are trying to make about Ben. And no I’m no bib fanboy, I hate his lack of pics, videos and the fact that he’s never proven his claims of 4 inches from hanging. However he made those claims before selling his hangers so who knows but him and his wife. The thing with Ben is what he did to get people to buy his products, and his connections to mos and what they do god forbid you don’t use his hanger. Just look at pe_pe, banned for what? Speaking his mind….not fucking cool. We’re all here for the same reason…we’ll most of us….there are a few trolls that like to stir the pot that don’t post routines, stats or really anything pe related, but I’ll leave that for another day. Anyway like I said in another post I was in sales and his tactics are what I don’t respect. Sorry I just can’t buy something based on my own feelings for how a person does business. If you lie a little you’ll lie a lot. I couldn’t care less if he ripped off bib, we need competition in this market. It’s the other stuff I can’t nor do I have to accept.

Btw Hopeful the sleeve on the cheap vac hanger is already starting to rip.

Can’t wait for better designs in the future and new products by upright people who don’t use PE for a quick buck by offering overpriced products and using deceiving marketing tactics.

At least swm offers a fair price for his product, supports his customers where he can and he seems to generate income of his hanger. I won’t even say that his routine doesn’t work.

Right, he has many pros to go with cons, he also put out very detailed videos which I appreciate, hanger wise it’s probably so similar I wouldn’t know the difference. I’m growing out of my starter and wish his sales tactics were different because I can’t see spending $130 on a new bib.

Let me repeat what I have said numerous times as a warning to those on the fence. Morals aside the MH is VASTLY INFERIOR to the BIB. You can buy a Bib and still watch SWM’s video’s. But I have found once I got Bib’s wrapping down that his wrapping technique is superior to the cloth and self adhesive athletic wrap. I still have a whole box of Self Grip in my closet that I’m probably never going to use. The cloth and theraband create a more stable bundle for the hanger to attach to. I could never do without twisting in the MH-1 because of the platform. The MH-2 would never grip and just continued to slide down my shaft till it was right behind the head. No amount of adjusting fixed this issue. I started hanging in college so I can understand the money aspect. But if you are going to go this route the wise thing to do is save up and buy the quality product not the knock off or the “improved version” which is no more than a thicker cable clamp with a top bolt.

He has self admitted mental issues (bi polar I believe?). I would take his claims with a ton of salt. Not a grain. He also pumped for 45 minutes before allowing the GQ “journalist” to take measurements. He pumped so hard he couldn’t get an erection and this is straight from the “journalists” mouth. Why it was published is beyond me. He is the reason PE is taken as a joke in mainstream.

No it’s not. I found the Bib hanger cheap and amateurish at best. It has a door handle hinge as it’s base. I don’t get why guys go gaga over it’s design when it’s a cheap hanger and way over priced. Not saying MH is better since I don’t have it. The best made hanger is LG hanger but it’s so damn pricey I don’t think it’s worth it. For price and quality for me it’s the Vachanger but it’s not that great either for the price.

I hung with a hanger Bib for about 4 years, until she cracked in the area of the top screw. The Bib hanger holds its weight well with its teeth, but the design can be improved. I’m going to replace the plastic with steel, instead of door hinges which prevent symmetrically clamping, I will use the flap bolts, instead of the usual washer and not a sufficiently deep attachment point at the top, I will use a deep hemispherical hollow where a thick washer of the hemisphere on the flap bolt will be inserted, forming a thrust sliding bearing.

I don’t think anyone is going gaga over the bib at least not that I’ve seen. It’s an old design and it can certainly use an update and upgrade. I’ve tried a knock off vac hanger with the plan of using it as an ADS after finishing my routine and I feel a clamp style hanger is still the way to go.

Those are some solid ideas to making it better. I hate the stupid washer up top too and wondered about a flap bolt or wing type bolt
