Fluid & Vaccuum Hangers

Fluid & Vaccuum Hangers

I am a long time PE’er…minimal results, especially length. Without complaining too much. This is what I would like to know.

For those of you who have used a vacuum type hanger, do you find it to be adequate in terms of grabbing the (inner penis) like the more traditional models?

I have a high tendency for fluid buildup and the doughnut effect, to the point that when I stopped PE about 15 months ago, I stopped jelqing and any other girth oriented exercises completely. Does this type of pumping pose a significant risk of developing fluid?

I looked at monkeybar’s website, and found that the model had a large gap between the head of his penis and the cap. I had thought from the few posts I have read that the penis should be snugly in place at the tip of the cap. Does anyone have experience with the pro’s and con’s of both, and is one more or less likely to cause a fluid buildup?

Lastly, have people reported success from this device who previously have not…I have not had much luck in the PE arena and hoping this may be an answer. Thanks.

I’m a big fan of vacuum hanging. I’ve gained about 7/8" since I started.

Vacuum Hanging Progress

1. As for grabbing the inner penis, it pulls the whole length of the penis if worn properly.

2. Fluid buildup can be an issue. I usually do 4 two hour sessions per day and by the 3rd session I wear a sleeve to reduce buildup.

3. I find that I must insert the glans right into the hanger and compress it so it fills the cap. I’m susceptible to blisters otherwise.

Started PE late August, 2005: BPEL 5.875"

Oct 1, 2006: BPEL 6.9375"; Dec 1, 2006: 7.125"; Dec 7, 2007: 7.25"; February 22, 2008: 7.375"

Thanks Mogro,

When you measure for the cap, are we talking erect of flaccid measurements. Do you think it would be wise to go with a medium, which might be tight as opposed to a large and possibly use the constrictor sleeve to reduce fluid.

Fluid build-up and blisters are a serious issue with vac hangers. You need appropriate WRAP to avoid that. See this thread for details:

Best way of hanging, some ideas

Flaccid. This is a tough one. I started with the small and progressed through medium and now am at large. It was an expensive learning curve. The large allows for nice head expansion but I believe that if you don’t consistently fill the cap with the glans pressing against all sides, it increases the likelihood of blistering. Follow Monkeybar’s measuring guidelines. If you’re closer to the high end of the medium range go for the large. If you’re closer to the low end of the range stick with the medium.
